$KEEL August, September, and October are going to be great months for Keel. Hoping to see all 3 contracts signed in the next 90 days. Earnings call can't come fast enough. Also should have an update on Quebec sites and Scrubgrass. Looking forward to execution now. Ready to see this at $10+. I remember in February CFO Jonathan Mirr saying, we aren't going to let the perfect get in the way of the good for a contract. It's almost as if they have backtracked with that statement and are completely clearing every permit and even demolition now at Moses Lake before signing a contract. Contracts have gone up significantly from beginning of year till now. So the next 90 days will be a great way to capitalize on demand.

Cerebras just said the quiet part out loud on their first earnings call as a public company. CEO Andrew Feldman said the biggest constraint on AI growth is no longer chip supply or customer demand, but the availability of data centers needed to deploy AI infrastructure at scale. Primary data center vacancy in North America fell to a record low of 1.6% in the first half of 2025, and supply still grew over 43% year over year. The market is expanding at the fastest pace in its history and still can’t stay ahead of demand. Goldman Sachs projects a U.S. data center capacity shortfall of roughly 9.3 gigawatts in 2026, growing to 10 gigawatts by 2028, a gap comparable to the electricity for millions of homes. Meanwhile the checkbook keeps opening. Hyperscalers are projected to spend $3.7 trillion on AI infrastructure over the next five years. Demand for compute is scaling faster than any industry can pour concrete, pull permits, and energize substations. And even when the money and land line up, the buildout hits a second wall. The industry faces a structural workforce deficit of roughly 340,000 unfilled positions by the end of 2026, driven by construction demand no one staffed for. You can print capital. You cannot print electricians. The bottleneck moved from silicon to steel and power lines, and the physical layer moves on physics and permitting timelines, not GPU roadmaps. The honest risk here: permitting friction cuts both ways. More than 75 data center projects worth $130 billion were blocked in just the first three months of 2026, which means some of this capacity gap doesn’t close on schedule even with unlimited capital behind it. Added some $FRMI and $KEEL here, both very cheap on a $ EV per MW basis - thesis is that simple. Majority of my money remains in memory though, demand due to more than 5.00x by 2030 whilst supply only doubles. I think all memory stocks should comfortably deliver 4.00x+ (more likely 8.00x+ given inevitable multiple expansion) returns by 2030 as a result.

Nobody is really talking about $KEEL and it has over 80% upside to the Street high target that just dropped. Citizens just initiated it last week with an Outperform rating and a $10 target. The stock sits around $5.80. KEEL is building AI and HPC data centers on secured power in some of the most power constrained, in demand markets in the country, with a 2.2 gigawatt pipeline and $533 million in liquidity to fund it. First revenue is expected in 2027 as the sites come online. A funded AI infrastructure play in the right markets at the right time, sitting at half the Street high target. Worth a look.

$AAOI at c.$151 presents a nice opportunity, with an IV of 134.1% you can sell at the money weekly puts expiring on the 2nd July for roughly $13 - presenting a c.8.4% return on at risk capital. I've sold some... Obviously this won't continue...but if you can repeat that every week for a year then the returns are insane 1.084^52=66.00x your money There's a few other high volatility stocks that you could take this trade on, I also like the following for it: $SNDK (123.7% IV), $KEEL (146% IV), $LITE, $COHR, $MRVL, $WOLF (138.9% IV), $PENG Riskier names that you could consider: $FLY, $HYLN, $SMCI, $ASTS, $CBRS Wheeling these stocks becomes less appealing once the market bounces back...

$KEEL has been completly immovable in this chop, has been such a nice hedge for the port. A lot of the strength comes from it's - pricing in ahead of the $AMZN deal - despite no public confirmation yet. Should probably assume that it will be a sell the news event. In which I will buy-in if we sell off. Management expects 3/3 lease deals to be made this year, which should re-rate the company from anywhere to 5-7B.

Very simple thesis: - Market cap around $3.8 billion. - Up 167% year to date. - Leopold increased his positions. - Grid connections already in place. - 2.2 GW Pipeline. Two near-term catalysts: 1 - CEO Ben Gagnon has committed to signing 3 leases by year-end, one for each site. 2 - Set to join the Russell 3000 in the June reconstitution. The portfolio is over three sites: 1 - Panther Creek, PA, 350 MW, with a path to 400-430 MW and a load study supporting 500+ MW long term. 2 - Sharon, PA, 110 MW (30 MW operational, 80 MW under development). 3 - Moses Lake, WA, 18 MW pilot site. There's currently a massive gap between KEEL and its peers. In my view, that gap exists largely because KEEL hasn't yet secured a hyperscaler deal. The market is treating that as an uncertainty, but it only takes one deal to remove that uncertainty. A single hyperscaler contract could completely change investor perception and start closing the valuation gap.

KEEL is barely into the bottom of that band with no lease in hand yet. The move so far is the market beginning to price what's coming, not finishing the job. 341 MW already energized. Another 430 MW locked under signed utility agreements. Total pipeline roughly 2.2 GW across Pennsylvania, Washington, and Quebec, while the rest of the field is still standing in the interconnection line. Balance sheet is clean — something like half a billion in liquidity, topped up by a fresh $458 million convertible raise that funds near-term campuses through lease signing and overhead into 2028. They can hold out for the right tenant and the right terms instead of taking a thin deal to feed the tape. The template isn't a mystery. APLD just did it again — 15 years, around $5 billion, 210 megawatts, third lease with the same investment-grade hyperscaler, contracted book now near $36 billion. KEEL is standing roughly where APLD stood before its first anchor. That was the cheapest APLD would ever be. Management has guided 3 leases by year-end. The tape agrees. $3.7 billion cap pressed right up against a 52-week high near $6.60, sitting just under the line while accumulation runs quietly off most screens. Coils like that don't stay coiled. Being early is indistinguishable from being wrong — right up until it isn't. When the name lands, the no-lease discount comes off for good, and everyone who waited for certainty pays up to get it.

$KEEL has a realistic path to a 10x, and it is simpler than people think. It all comes down to leasing the power they already control. Here is the math that gets you there. KEEL controls a 2.2 gigawatt pipeline across Pennsylvania, Washington, and Quebec, with grid interconnections already in place. That power is the entire asset. The whole business model is turning secured megawatts into signed leases that throw off long term recurring revenue. Start with what a lease is actually worth. AI data center colocation runs roughly $150 to $200 per kilowatt per month. Take the three leases the CEO has committed to signing by year end. Panther Creek at 350MW, Sharon at 110MW, and Moses Lake at 18MW. That is roughly 478MW of near term capacity. Leased out, that alone is somewhere in the range of $850 million to $1.1 billion in annual recurring revenue. On a company with a current market cap a fraction of that. Now extend it to the full pipeline. 2.2 gigawatts fully leased at those same rates is north of $4 billion in annual recurring revenue. Data center operators with contracted hyperscaler revenue trade at 6 to 7 times sales. Put a conservative multiple on $4 billion in recurring revenue and you land around a $30 billion company. From where this trades today, that is the 10x. And here is why the path is simple, not complicated. KEEL does not need to invent anything. They do not need a new product. They do not need to win a technology race. They already own the power. They already have the interconnections. They just need to sign the leases, and the CEO has told the market the priority for this year is signing three of them. Every lease that gets signed converts speculative power into contracted cash flow and re rates the entire pipeline behind it. We saw $DGXX do exactly this with Cerebras. The first signed hyperscaler lease changes the whole story overnight. Secured power. Grid connections in place. Three leases targeted this year. A 2.2 gigawatt pipeline behind it. The path to a $30 billion company runs straight through those signatures. And they are coming.

But honestly the tenant name matters less than what people are missing about this entire company. This may just be the start for $KEEL. Here is what they own. Panther Creek. The flagship. 350 megawatts of secured grid connected capacity under an energy services agreement with PPL, with a path to 400 to 430 megawatts and a load study supporting expansion beyond 500 megawatts. Backed by a $300 million project financing facility. Targeting 50 megawatts energized by year end. Sharon. 110 megawatts of secured capacity. Two 80 megawatt substations under development targeting full energization by year end. Moses Lake. 18 megawatts with an option to add 10 more. All core modular data center equipment and backup generators already secured. Built for liquid cooled NVIDIA GB300 class deployments. Targeting completion December 2026. That is roughly 478 megawatts of near term secured capacity across three sites. And behind it sits a 2.2 gigawatt total pipeline including Scrubgrass and the Quebec sites. Here is the key point on Moses Lake. People look at 18 megawatts and laugh. They are missing it. The 18 megawatts is not about the revenue. It is the fastest site to deployment and it becomes the first proof of execution. The first signed lease with an investment grade tenant validates the entire 2.2 gigawatt pipeline. The first domino always matters more than its size. And the balance sheet funds all of it. Roughly $533 million in cash and Bitcoin, enough to carry Panther Creek, Sharon, and Moses Lake through lease execution and construction out to 2028. The CEO said the 2026 priority directly. Sign three leases by year end. One at Panther Creek. One at Sharon. One at Moses Lake. Targeting investment grade tenants. The market is pricing roughly 1.7 gigawatts of theoretical pipeline. The execution is happening right now. And if one of those three leases lands with a hyperscaler attached, this re-rates instantly.

CFO Mir: "Construction funded by equity-linked offerings." Ben: "Designing to customer specifications." "NTP is the last thing standing between us and a signed agreement." May 29 — Ben on X: "129 investor meetings since May 11. All of 2025 we did 168. Pump the brakes on calls. Back to work." June 4 — $350M convertible notes. Use of proceeds: "equipment deposits and letters of credit for expanding and accelerating data center projects." The CFO already told you equity-linked offerings fund construction. This $350M is that. You don't put down equipment deposits and post letters of credit without a customer on the other end. Market sold it off as dilution. $KEEL Keel Infrastructure just announced a $350 million convertible senior notes offering due 2032, with an additional $58M greenshoe option on top. That’s up to $408M in new debt hitting the capital structure. KEEL already holds $533M in liquidity — $336M cash + $197M in unencumbered Bitcoin . They are not raising out of desperation. KEEL is an AI data center + energy infrastructure company. Capital-intensive business by nature. You need dry powder to win site acquisitions, secure power contracts, and build ahead of demand. This looks more like growth financing than distress financing. Short-term pain is real. Convertible notes = potential dilution overhang. Long-term thesis intact if capital gets deployed into accretive data center capacity. Watch how they deploy the $350M. That’s the verdict. Let’s hope if any new deal announced in short term.
