Contract negotiations for 2027 HBM orders are going to be tasty, broker forecasts anticipate negligible price increases except for Bernstein who expects a c.2.00x - 2.50x increase. I am equally as bullish as Bernstein and think terms are going to be extremely favourable to the 3 HBM musketeers. Long Samsung, Hynix and $MU Samsung preferreds at roughly 5.0x PE, this is my largest position. You are not prepared for what is coming anon

This was about Samsung in case not obvious. All capital is going into the AI trade - the value creation from AI is just beginning and it is the most obvious trade in the market. You can more that double your money in a year on memory from here alone. Stop overcomplicating things, stop trying to find the next best thing. If someone pushes a stock to you, compare its metrics side by side to memory: > Historic growth rate > Forecast growth rate > Quality of customers > Barriers to entry > Margins > Importance to government / defence > Quality of leadership > Transparency of information $MU, $SNDK, Hynix, Kioxia - FREE MONEY LIQUIDITY IS NOT GOING TO SPACE OR DEFENCE

Just buy memory stocks, they are trading at the lowest PE multiples, have the best growth potential and have the most transparency of information across the market. DO NOT LET ANY FURU distract you with their shitcos $MU, $SNDK, SK Hynix, Samsung, Kioxia

SK Hynix ADR listing approval expected the week of June 22, with the listing itself live as soon as August. > Lack of liquidity and access for US investors has been one of the main factors driving the significant valuation gap between SK Hynix and its US rival $MU / Micron. > SK Hynix is the global memory leader with the majority HBM4 share and NVIDIA's key supplier. Honestly the strike is noise vs what's actually moving the market, and it's a one-off event anyway. I'd price in Samsung workers getting a Hynix-equivalent deal eventually and move on. On the $SNDK / $MU divergence Friday, there are a million possible drivers and not all market volatility is cleanly explainable. Could be strike-related, could be NAND vs DRAM rotation, could be flow. Wouldn't read too much into a single day personally. Everything comes down to the memory wall in my opinion, compute is scaling faster than bandwidth and capacity, and that gap will probably always be widening. Bigger catalysts in my view: > Reasoning models + longer context windows lifting > HBM-per-query – HBF (High Bandwidth Flash) emerging as KV cache offload, multiple NAND players developing options, underappreciated structural shift – > HBM4 qualification timing at NVIDIA (SK Hynix lead, Samsung closing) > Hyperscaler capex + difficulty scaling supply = pricing power with legs > AI labs delivering record revenue growth as proof of increased adoption The strike is not interesting in my opinion

If Samsung’s workforce goes on strike then what do you think happens to memory supply? And memory prices? Ps. Demand isn’t going on strike Pps. I like SK Hynix, $MU, $SNDK Ppps. A Samsung strike might create a nice dip / could be a buying opportunity

SK Hynix, "being aggressively courted by big global tech firms with offers to invest in its new production lines and fund purchases of pricey manufacturing tools as they rush to secure memory chips" > I think we see a massive re-rating once new HBM contracts are signed with price floors and other favourable terms to suppliers - essentially removing the downside experienced during previous memory cycles (this is what boomer investors are terrified about) > Note that forward earnings forecasts are actually expecting pricing to fall - FY26 P/E multiple is now c.4.00x and NTM P/E is around 5.00x > Also worth noting: meaningful new capacity doesn't land until late 2027 / 2028 (Yongin, Samsung P5) - so these contracts get signed at the tightest point of the cycle Some questions for you to ponder: > How much higher do you think pricing for HBM will be in these new contracts? I can see c.50% higher than the recent HBM4 premium > What do you think forecast earnings will be once price floors are locked in? Could be more than 50% higher too > What P/E multiple would you apply to a memory business with price floors for the next 3 years? In my mind long term contracts with fixed pricing, prepayments is more like an infra asset or closer to TSMC - so something like 12.00x is reasonable in my opinion Depending on the terms we could be looking at up to 3.00 - 6.00x return on HBM stocks in a years time. Then in 2028, capacity ramps up c.50% for SK Hynix - with pricing floors and demand still surging and you make more gains on top, maybe people start pricing this upside in too? Honestly just buy memory stocks guys, you will probably make 2.00x+ your money by year end if not more - no need to gamble in small caps: > Really low valuation multiples > Major barriers to entry > Beginning of AI build-out $MU, $SNDK, SK Hynix, Kioxa, SK Square. $MU, $SNDK, Hynix (000660), SK Square (402340), memory's setup is the most mispriced trade in semis right now. > Demand has structurally shifted and supply physically can't catch up, even if producers wanted to. > Institutional capital doesn't get it either. Lots to write up (yes more memory articles). Dropping a piece on the Korean microcaps I'm watching first though (hopefully this weekend). It's what people want PS.
