Looks like the inflection point for American humanoid programs is here? Both technologically with players like 1X and with mass production with $TSLA? I'm am personally long on Agility through $CCXI targeting commercialization with Amazon and others. But I'm proud to see American robotics as a whole go brrrr.

How is the US so far behind? Xinhua: China's output of humanoids are expected to hit 100,000+ this year. Even Morgan Stanley originally projected 14,000 for 2026... Really need Elon's $TSLA, $CCXI (Agility), Apptronik, and Figure to catchup. And for more US Gov. subsidies to pour into upstream supply chains + rare earths. Cause this disparity between US vs. China mass production is getting ridiculous... But it almost feels like the start of Russia/US Space race Sputnik Moment for robotics?

2. $CCXI - Churchill Capital Corp XI CCXI is the roughly $850 million SPAC taking Agility Robotics public in a $2.5 billion merger, bringing in more than $620 million in proceeds between its trust account and a $200 million PIPE. Agility's Digit humanoid robot is already working inside Amazon, Toyota, GXO, and Mercado Libre facilities, backed by investors including NVIDIA, Amazon, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and Foxconn. Once the deal closes later this year, the combined company trades under the ticker AGLT as, by its own framing, the only US-listed pure-play humanoid robotics company with active commercial deployments.

Bruh, when I first tried out ChatGPT around 2023, I thought it LLMs were garbage at coding. 3Y later, Mythos is considered a modern day “nuke” for cybersecurity. People keep saying humanoids can’t do X or Y task today like plumbing or DC wiring. No sht, but it’s about where things are heading over the few years. And it’s clear to me and VC apparently that we’ve just hit the inflection point where soon: majority of labor you think is human-only, can be replaced by robotics/humanoids. You're already seeing this too with internal strategies: Remember $AMZN leaked strat planned to avoid hiring 600,000 workers by them with robots like $CCXI? If you see past the "assistive robotics" public image framing to prevent protest, it's clear the goals is maximizing, opex efficiency. The main areas I think are safe however are regulation bound (eg. Medicine), ultra specialized labor, or require human/emotional connections. But I think you'll be blown away by the rate of change when frontier technologies become national security races between US and China... especially when China is currently in the lead.

No matter how the S-4 turns out, money is piling into $CCXI. It is the only ticker in the US market that gets you a pure play humanoid company. A robot maker, backed by $NVDA, $AMZN, Softbank, and Foxconn, with $300 million in binding orders already signed. The hottest theme in the market and exactly one way to play it. Flows find scarcity every time.

I just realized Boston Dynamics CEO shared the same sentiment: “Robotics is next. America’s next 250 years will be built by robots”. However, currently China accounts for 54%+ of all global robotics deployments. - calls for Internet scaleable database of physical world (kinda got reminded of Niantic that has a huge dataset from Pokemon Go) - dedicated National robotics strategy to compete against China’s leadership in this space - ISO + regulation for robotics safety This is all high level: But my prioritize thought process is how do we support and scale a Made in USA supply chain for robotics/humanoids? I’ve been hammering home rare earths for the longest time, that the US isn’t doing enough to subsidize or scale this industry. But another thing to take note is subsidies for components, forcing $TSLA and others to use Chinese suppliers over Western ones, even if assembly is done in USA… to keep costs down. Which is why I’ve liked Agility Robotics $CCXI since they source 75% of parts from the US, despite higher BOM to start out with. Regardless it’s pretty clear this Robotics is coming and becoming a national security priority: From the days of backflipping humanoid YT videos.

This is exactly what I told Subscribers Yesterday will be a main catalyst for $CCXI Roundhill (famous for their $DRAM ETF) added $CCXI to their Humanoid Robotics ETF. I wrote to Subscribers: "Re $CCXI, I think we might see insane FOMO into this name soon. Don't think real move is over. I simply expect huge amounts of money to chase this theme over the next 12 months. Huge capital inflows, and there’s very little they can buy that’s this legit, with customers, investors, and partners like NVIDIA, Amazon, Mercado Libre, GXO, Toyota, Schaeffler, Foxconn, SoftBank, DCVC, and Playground Global." This is VERY similar to $OKLO which had a 1800% run! That's why I said $CCXI is the ideal way to retardmaxx Humanoids. US based and US listed humanoid pure play. Billions getting forced into this space via ETFs over the next 2 years. There's just so much buying pressure. Oklo went up 1800% largely because it was part of every Nuclear ETF, I believe. Not financial advice. Just retardmaxx thoughts.

Yep! Agility Robotics is currently my favorite humanoid/robotics position. They're set to be listed on NASDAQ via $CCXI as early as September (per Digitimes). Just for informational purposes: Their V4 humanoid robot is already operating in sites like Amazon. And have V5 slated for mass production next year (they have a 10,000+ /year capacity). Investors include Foxconn, $NVDA, $AMZN, Softbank, and now Serenity. I've been personally waiting for humanoid exposure for awhile (Agility is set to be the first US pure-play listed one) to the point I was actually planning on investing in Unitree's IPO. But I'm glad now I personally have a compelling alternative now since I prefer to invest capital to build up Made in America supply chains (75% of their components are US-sourced from investor desks). There are risks assigned to SPACs such as listing delays, or cancellation. But excited to see what happens next with developments. I do hope this encourages other frontier companies to go public early on.

Physical AI will blow the minds of mediocre investors. I fully expect the smartest and dumbest people to make all the money. The smart ones can think a few years ahead, and the dumb ones will just hop on the hype train and send it. Winners like $CCXI (Agility Robotics), HDS (Harmonic Drive Systems), $OUST and many others have potential for insane runs over many years to come. Once again, I see so many midwits on X getting this completely wrong. They frame great Physical AI names as short-term hype trades after they missed them, but say they are long-term shitcos or overhyped names (“please come down so I don’t look this stupid”). The exact opposite will play out! Humans chronically and systematically overestimate what technology can achieve in the short term, but massively underestimate what it can achieve long term. This is called “Amara’s Law”. The best names can absolutely have a massive run and then correct sharply, but the main point is that the clear winners will not disappoint on actual business results long term. The scale will be off the charts. Humanoids might be one of the biggest products EVER. I don’t understand how you can take anyone seriously who thinks otherwise. Not only is there plenty of data to make this obvious, like money going into the space, production scaling, technical capabilities improving, real-world deployments scaling, etc., but it is also insanely obvious if you just have common sense and think a few steps ahead. I read all the skeptical takes about humanoids “not being useful” or being “5 years away”, but I just can’t take most of them seriously. It just feels like these people are either haters who already feel like they missed it, natural skeptics who miss... everything, or they genuinely just don’t get it and are disconnected from the technology progressing right in front of us. I also saw a comment: “humanoids won’t be useful until AGI” -> THAT’S THE POINT. You have to understand that even with zero progress in robotics, all robots and physical bodies for AI to potentially control become more economically valuable EVERY DAY simply as a function of AI getting smarter. Think of it this way: the smarter you are, the more useful every function of your body becomes, because more of it gets unlocked by your intelligence. P.S. I have made very good money on $VPG + $OUST already, have owned HDS and currently own $CCXI There will be a ton of winners we can enjoy over the next years.

By far the best take on $CCXI so far. Ali covered them 4 (!!) years ago and knows the space well. Humanoids are one of those areas where the human mind overestimates the short term but MASSIVELY underestimates the long term. I fully believe there will be more humanoids than humans in the future. Ali also shares some unit economics of why this space is so damn interesting. Give it a read. Also, if you invest in humanoids, the valuations look high, but I think once they start scaling (H2 2026 into 2027), all the haters on X will look super silly, imho. This space is legit. Doesn’t mean every single company is a winner. But it does mean the ones that win will get absolutely huge. We’re talking trillions in market caps for the leaders. Physical work has a mind-blowing TAM. Especially when all the unsafe and inhumane jobs can now be given to workers who won’t get hurt or be put at risk! Can work 24/7, don't need insurance, etc. It opens so many possibilities. Entire new industries will get unlocked. As always, these things start as toys and then suddenly change the world.

$CCXI is one of the more interesting humanoid plays out there right now. It is the SPAC merging with Agility Robotics, and once it closes it becomes the first pure-play US-listed humanoid robotics company under the ticker AGLT. That is rare. There is almost no way to own a direct humanoid bet in the public market today, and this would be one. And Agility is real. Their robot Digit is already working in warehouses with over 65,000 hours of deployment, and they have more than $300 million in contracted orders for the next-gen v5. The backers say it all too, NVIDIA, Amazon, SoftBank, and Foxconn are all in. It is still a SPAC, so there is deal risk, dilution, and lockups to keep in mind, and Agility is still pre profit. But if humanoids play out the way the biggest companies on earth are betting, a pure play with real deployments and this caliber of backing could be one of the defining stocks of the next 5 to 10 years. Definitely one I am watching.

Went down a huge robotics rabbit hole over the weekend and came back with the conclusion that I just like memory. If you want a short term trade then $CCXI, Churchill SPAC vehicle, will probably pump due to the reverse merger to bring Agility Robotics public - given extremely low float of the SPAC and significant investor demand for a robotics company. I am not taking the trade because I do not like Agility Robotics, key reason being they have very limited deployed robots and negligible revenue (or little enough that they thought it was better to not provide any revenue data in the SPAC presentation) The one robotics play I will probably following most closely is the Hyundai group as they control (via various different public companies) and are fairly integrated with Boston Dynamics, but no rush to buy just yet.
