$ONDS Read between the lines people Eric Brock wasn’t teasing contracts. He was doing something more important—pointing investors back to execution. He is specifically highlighting delivering on raised guidance just weeks before earnings. CEOs don’t usually draw attention to raised guidance heading into an ER unless they believe they can back it up. If Ondas executes on guidance, converts backlog into revenue, and shows DZYNE integration progressing, this stock doesn’t need hype. It needs results. Next ER anyone? Only a few weeks away!

I want to touch on 4 things today: 1. I’m in Spain. On holiday. Therefore you’ll see me less active than usually. 2. I’ve been asked on my thoughts on $ASTS dilution. For that, @RosannaInvests have made a great post explaining it. 3. My personal comment on the $ASTS dilution is a bit linked to @ChairmansLedger post. So much FUD over the timing from management on this dilution (that is, tbh, a needed strategic step). I have to ask you; do you really think management had a crystal ball for the entire stock market 6 months ago they made the roadmap for 2026? Do you really think the CEO looks at the stock market everyday? Do you really think the CEO wakes up and go: what an awesome day to tank the stock. No they are 2-3 years ahead. 4. I’ve also been asked if I could come with my perspective on the market lately, and the past month. So here goes: my portfolio is down -31% the last month. Ouch. I’m not gonna lie. It’s not a nice feeling. But I’m here for the long game. These drawdowns are part of it. Specially if you are in beta. No one can time the market. Of course I’d rather have a lower entry on $ONDS or $ASTS compared to being down -20%. So instead I focus on the long game. 3-5 years from now. On this note, I very much agree with @Sandeman52 - button could be tmr or Monday. A lot of tech earning coming in. Most beat, recently double beat from $ISRG and MAG7 to come soon. European defense tech funding in 2026 (so far) has already more than doubled total spending in 2025... 👀 Maybe I’m biased, but seems like $ONDS would be a pretty valid recipient of some of this money based on these excerpts from CNBC: 🔹 The developments reflect a broader shift in military planning, with drones and autonomous systems moving from niche battlefield tools to a core part of modern warfare. Recently, I’ve been mislabeled as a “cheerleader” for $ONDS. I have my concerns, as everyone does, and I’ve publicly stated these concerns in the past. No business is bulletproof. That being said, here are my 3 main concerns for $ONDS as a business - not the stock: 1) Integration As someone who previously worked in IT, I understand how difficult it is when integrated or new systems don’t talk to each other - and how difficult it is to rectify or setup. When you bring 18 companies under one umbrella, most with their own C2 platforms, RC devices, procurement platforms etc. etc. it becomes a major challenge. $PLTR’s AIP & Foundry has been contracted to integrate these companies more efficiently and in a reduced timeframe (weeks rather than months). I think a major part of what we’re seeing with the stock price is down to waiting to see if all of these companies, staff, products etc. can all work together under one domain. That’s more than fair. 2) Synergy Off the back of the integration, it’s also finding these synergies across the company now. As someone who also used to work in B2B sales with in-house manufacturing, I know how awful it can be when orders fall behind schedule and lead times start to dwindle. If a customer orders a RoboTeam UGV, a Talon DT300 and an Iron Drone system, how difficult will it be for Airobotics, RoboTeam + Rotron to work together from Israel/UK to meet lead times? If there’s a delay in one area, it delays the whole order. It’s a common issue but it’s amplified by the scope of companies and their geographical locations, it can quickly become a headache. Again, $PLTR’s AIP will support this and they hired Efrat Lazry from Rafael who’s one of the best in the business - but, again, the market is waiting to see how this all works together. 3) Manufacturing Very similar but slightly different to the above, manufacturing capabilities. $ONDS have massively expanded their manufacturing capabilities to meet demand, whether that be by partnership or acquisition. But again, they’re spread across Israel, UK, Germany, US - and a large majority of this is outsourced. If we receive a large tender for thousands of drones, CUAS equipment etc. in the US for example, and it has to be manufactured in the US, how would that work? Do we rely on Mistral, DMS, American Robotics, DZYNE to meet the demand? Can we manufacture everything that we need to meet demand essentially. —————————————— I’m not a puppet or a mouthpiece for $ONDS. I do have my concerns. The difference is that I trust @CeoOndas and the senior leadership team to address these concerns in the mid-long term. I don’t have to be on here every day repeating the same concerns, as it doesn’t change anything. $ONDS is a future leader, and I plan on being along for the ride👊🏻

$ONDS - All you need to do is spend 5 mins researching each of these companies ONDS has acquired and then take a look at what they've actually built. ONDS did $51 million in revenue in 2025. Guidance for 2026 is now at least $525 million. That's a 10x jump in one year, backed by DZYNE's $1.5 billion pipeline and $111 million backlog, with nearly $1.5 billion in cash on the balance sheet at the end of Q1 and the DZYNE deal paid mostly in stock. Does this seem like a $4 billion dollar company to you?

$ONDS has been moving at an incredible speed over the past year. The company made just four acquisitions between 2021 and 2023. Since the third quarter of 2025, it has announced/completed another fourteen deals, with the Cyberhawk acquisition still pending. These acquisitions have completely changed the business. Ondas now owns businesses across aerial drones, ground robotics, counter drone systems, precision optics, defense software and near space technology through World View’s stratospheric balloons. AI runs through almost every part of the portfolio. It is used for autonomous navigation, computer vision, surveillance, target detection and helping different systems communicate with each other. The Mistral acquisition also gave Ondas a stronger route into US defense contracts, while Cyberhawk would add commercial drone inspection services. In around one year, Ondas has built a much broader AI and robotics company that operates across the air, the ground and near space. The next step is proving that it can bring all these businesses together and turn them into one giant successful company.

CEO Eric Brock @CeoOndas is turning $ONDS into EVERY layer of the autonomous defense stack at once. 1/ The roll-up Since 2025, Brock has closed roughly a dozen acquisitions. Aerial, ground, counter-drone, intelligence software, all of it. He’s running this thing like a defense-tech buyout shop that happens to trade on Nasdaq. Today’s deal, DZYNE Technologies at $875.8 million, is bigger than every prior acquisition combined. 2/ The aerial layer American Robotics and Airobotics gave Ondas its first FAA-certified drone-in-a-box, the first fully autonomous small drone cleared to fly with zero human in the loop. Rotron brings long-range UAVs and VTOL propulsion out of the UK. World View adds stratospheric balloons that just sit up there and watch. DZYNE now stacks on long-endurance aircraft, autonomous cargo gliders, and strike platforms that already had over $500 million of R&D poured into them before Ondas even showed up. 3/ The ground layer Apeiro Motion makes quadrupedal robots and fiber-tethered drones built for places where radio signals get jammed. Roboteam adds tactical ground vehicles that have already seen combat. INDO puts autonomy into heavy tracked machinery. Three totally different ground robots, one owner. 4/ The counter-drone layer This is the part nobody else has actually put together. Sentrycs does soft-kill, hijacking a hostile drone’s own signal to take it down, already used at events like the World Cup. BIRD Aerosystems protects aircraft from missiles, deployed on over 700 platforms. SPO makes the optics that feed both systems. Soft-kill and hard-kill, same company. 5/ The software layer Omnisys is AI battlefield coordination software, the thing that tells all these different robots what to do together. Cyberhawk adds drone inspection data and an aerial intelligence platform on top. This is the piece that turns a pile of hardware into a system. 6/ The door Mistral isn’t a capability, it’s an in. A U.S. defense prime relationship gets Ondas straight into Army and Special Operations contracts instead of waiting to get subcontracted. 7/ Today changes the math DZYNE closed July 2nd. $200 million cash, about 85 million shares. It’s doing $191 million in revenue this year, over $300 million next year, and it just pushed Ondas to raise its own 2026 revenue target from $390 million to $525 million. This one deal creates a new division, Ondas Sentinel, and folds in World View alongside it. 8/ The risk, no spin This is a roll-up. Roll-ups live or die on integration, not on how many logos you can buy. A dozen companies, different engineering cultures, different countries, all now reporting up one chain. Ondas has also been diluting steadily to pay for this, DZYNE alone added 85 million shares. If Brock can’t actually stitch these together, this is just a pile of acquisitions with a nice slide deck to be fair. 9/ Nobody else looks like this Anduril and AeroVironment have drones. Elbit and IAI have Israeli defense hardware. Dedrone has counter-drone, narrowly. Somebody else has ground robots. None of them have all five layers stacked under one roof, sitting on top of a private wireless network business that predates the whole thing. Ondas isn’t trying to pick a winner in the next war. Their strong balance sheet is their biggest strength in this industry to fund operations, integrations and ever-increasing contracts. Using shares as equity in acquisitions is the smart way to protect their capital. And they have also been using cash where applicable too. 2) That’s on you. Not the company. 3) Mistral. Detroit Manufacturing. Flextronics. Rotron’s factories. BIRD’s factories. Kitron. ONBERG. Etc. etc. etc. 4) More dilution? Yes. Accretive dilution? Yes. Backlog exploding, revenue expanding, margins widening, customer base expanding etc. 5) If you search “Ondas products” in google, or any of their subsidiaries, you’ll see them mate. @bennybigbull @CeoOndas Well they said they were targeting a $5b mc at the start of last summer when they were at a $1/1.5b mc and achieved it in less than 6 months. So at a current $4/5b mc it could be anywhere between 2027-2030 IMO. The next 1-2 years are a pivotal time for $ONDS and the wider UAS/CUAS industry. With sector tailwinds and company execution I see no reason why $25-30+ isn’t achievable by EOY27/Q128.

$ONDS ….. This completes the lock up release of all the Omnisys acquisition shares. This is not a dilutive event. The bull thesis is very strong for ONDAS …. IMO. They have $1.5B in cash. With an enterprise value of $2.4B I think it is cheap based on backlog and outlook. If you believe integrated drone and unmanned ground vehicles are the future of warfare … and I do … they should be a big winner with their broad portfolio of UAV and UGV drones and ground vehicles … all integrated with an layered system level architecture allowing for the autonomous identification and attack of enemy personal, drones and vehicles. $ONDS | Drone and counter-drone technology is, in many ways, still a “blue ocean” opportunity, in my opinion. As @CeoOndas has said repeatedly, what we’re about to see unfold is a 10+ year buildout of this industry. We’re probably in year 1 or 2 of that right now. Adequate supply chains to deploy, or defend against, hundreds of thousands (or millions) of drones do not currently exist. Every modern conflict - like those in Ukraine, the Middle East, etc. - have shown that drones are front & center, and only becoming more relevant. We’re now seeing major defense primes spending vast sums of capital to build out this supply chain. As I mention at the end of my post below, $LMT invested $25M in Fortem just to increase their radar manufacturing capacity - a single sensor Lockheed integrates into their Sanctum C-UAS platform. It’s not enough for a few dozen suppliers to build & deploy several hundred drones, or counter-drone systems, each year. Western governments will require drone manufacturing capacities in the millions. The need to defend against these threats will be just as high. This is all new. Modern combat is naturally gravitating towards this tech. And billions are presently beginning to flood the space. @CeoOndas has, I believe, accurately predicted that the heavily fragmented drone economy of today will eventually consolidate into just a dozen or so large companies - with $ONDS being one of them. It won’t happen this month, or this year, but I feel it’s inevitable that $ONDS becomes a clear long-term winner in this nascent industry. I’m as bullish as ever, but please do your own research. Here we are again in a different setting ,waiting to get to high teens and price reflecting its growth and strategic direction. many on X had conviction then and from what remains today. Going to be great when we hit 20 as our next plateau from here. Then people will be upset because it's not 30. Onds will get there never a straight line upwards if you have been in this stock long enough. Also,ONDS is one of those names the market tends to ignore right before it doesn’t. Is still trading like a small-cap story, but the long-term narrative hasn’t changed — autonomous systems, defense-linked wireless infrastructure, and real-world deployment scaling. At ~$8.8, sentiment is still pricing it like optionality, not execution. But if the thesis plays out, revenue scaling toward ~$1B by 2027 isn’t about hype - it’s about adoption inflection and contract conversion. $PLTR just secured a foundational role in the U.S. Army’s next generation command & control platform (NGC2). Palantir Foundry will be used as the primary software for the platform’s cloud data layer. It’s worth noting that $PLTR has partnered with $ONDS subsidiary, World View, to manage their stratospheric ISR operations. So, $PLTR requires data that it can use to make informed decisions, and pass to Anduril’s Lattice, which manages the tactical layer of NGC2… And World View provides data-gathering services that $PLTR already manages… Interesting connection that might not mean anything, but can also mean a more significant partnership between $PLTR and $ONDS in the near future. 🤔

$ONDS: Ondas Holdings I keep coming back to $ONDS as one of the better full stack drone and defense plays on the market. They sit across counter UAS with the Iron Drone Raider and Sentrycs soft kill, autonomous ISR with the FAA certified Optimus platform, and Ondas Networks on the connectivity side. Most defense small caps own one slice of the stack. Ondas owns the whole thing and continues to expand into other areas. The stock is down around 16% YTD and down around 35% from the prior ATH. Here is why I think the performance has been weak recently: 1. Defense is simply not where public money is going right now during the AI boom, and you see the same drawdown across the entire drone and defense small cap complex. 2. On top of that Ondas carries a dilution overhang that scare off new buyers, with short interest around 32 percent due to convertable bond hedges. 3. Not everyone loves Ondas and their agressive acquisition strategy, even if it delivers significant growth. Here is why I think it is positioned to pick up again: - Defense sentiment looks like it could be turning, with reports the Trump administration is in talks to fund US drone makers and drone dominance written into the FY2027 budget request. - FY2026 guidance was raised to at least $390M, and they are sitting on roughly $1.4B in cash to fund the ramp. This cash reserve gives them incredible optionality for their M&A strategy - This is a long term thesis, and they are utilizing the capital markets to execute it. Everyone who is complaining about acquisitions, valuation and dilution will be left behind in a few years when the platform covers everything from subsea, ground, air and space capabilities. - Recent announcements at Eurosatory: MODUS, a mobile counter-drone platform, and IRON WAVE, a robotic combat suite designed to support military forces. This is one of those names where conviction and a long term view are important, but might have a generous payoff in the future.

$ONDS World View Navy SOUTHCOM contract is worth $4.8 million over three months. That is a small number. Intentionally. Here is the thesis. Initial military contracts with the US Navy’s 4th Fleet are not priced at full scale. They are pilot deployments. When a stratospheric surveillance system proves itself over a three-month counter-narcotics and maritime domain awareness mission, in real operational conditions, not a test range, the follow-on contracts are not incremental. They are multiplicative. $ONDS has $457 million in pro-forma backlog. Revenue in recent periods was roughly $50 million. That 9x ratio says signed demand exists, the question is execution cadence. Worth a note: CEO Eric Brock sold $31.9 million in shares on June 1, 2.3 million shares while retaining 4.7 million. And a shelf registration for resale was filed alongside. But the contract momentum, $110 million in Q2-to-date orders, a Navy SOUTHCOM logo, the FAA Type Certification for the drone side of the business, and the Omnisys AI acquisition building toward AI-powered autonomous defense systems, that is not a story that pauses because the CEO diversifies. The mission-critical question for this position: can World View convert the SOUTHCOM pilot into a multi-year operational contract in the next 6 months? I think the answer is yes. The pattern of pilot-to-permanent in defense tech is well-documented. $ONDS has the only FAA-certified autonomous drone system in the US. Now they have the Navy’s 4th Fleet as a reference customer. HC Wainwright has an 8/8 Buy consensus. Target: $25. Stock is at roughly $10. I hold this position. High conviction. An unmanned sea drone was responsible for the rescue of the two pilots from the downed Apache helicopter in the Straight of Hormuz earlier today. Unmanned systems are seeing an ever-growing number of use cases. While $ONDS doesn’t yet operate in the maritime domain, its UGVs are capable of similar search & rescue missions on land.
