$LUNR: Many still dismiss Intuitive Machines after two lunar landing attempts that tipped over. What many are missing is that IM is becoming far more than a lunar lander company. The Lanteris Space Systems acquisition transformed the business, adding ~$613M in backlog and proven satellite manufacturing capabilities, pushing total backlog to over $1B On top of that, IM now holds the most task orders under NASA’s CLPS program and is building the Near Space Network, the communications and navigation infrastructure that will support a sustained lunar presence. As a long-term space investor, I do see NASA’s decision to raise the CLPS 1.0 contract ceiling from $2.6B to $4.2B as a clear signal of accelerating lunar cadence. This $1.6B uplift provides substantial room for additional task orders ahead of CLPS 2.0. With only two companies, Firefly Aerospace $FLY and Intuitive Machines $LUNR having achieved successful soft landings, they are strongly positioned to secure the majority of near-term awards as NASA scales toward higher mission rates. Both firms already hold multiple task orders and have demonstrated execution capability. $FLY, $LUNR, NASA CLPS 1.0 ceiling lifted from $2.6B to $4.2B (+61%). That's $1.6B of extra ordering authority, room for c.10 more lunar lander task orders at the c.$150M program average, all awardable before CLPS 1.0 expires in late 2028. It bridges to CLPS 2.0 (c.$6B) and the up-to-30 landings/yr NASA is targeting from 2027. $LUNR & $FLY each hold 5 CLPS task orders to date, yet only 1 mission is firmly manifested for 2027 (IM-4) against that 30 target. The uplift gives NASA the room to close that gap. FLY management has already flagged potential new Moon Base awards as early as Q3 2026. Lead times mean fresh orders mostly fly 2028 onwards, so they either back-fill the manifest or the 2027 target slips. Either way the award flow comes very soon. I also expect CLPS 2.0 to be finalised soon, opening up awards for the 2028 manifest as soon as possible. 13 names are eligible, but only $LUNR & $FLY have soft-landed ($FLY the only fully clean one). Astrobotic is flown but not landed, and Blue Origin now has Blue Moon MK1 manifested plus the LTV delivery role. I expect the proven tier to take the bulk of the c.10 orders, with $FLY and $LUNR best placed. NASA does tend to spread task orders for supply-base resilience, so I wouldn't bank on heavy concentration in two names. Say $FLY wins 5. That's c.$750M+ in contract value at $150M+ per lander. It gets recognised over the multi-year build rather than booked in one year, but as a backlog add it's larger than Firefly's entire 2026 revenue base of $420-450M. And that's before SciTec, Alpha, Eclipse and Elytra, so I can see $FLY revenue doubling or tripling again in 2027.

$FLY just landed a $75M subcontract from NASA JPL to deliver four drones to the Moon's south pole for the MoonFall mission. Just now they did 12M share offering at $49.50. 4M primary, 8M from selling holders, $190M of fresh cash to the company. Stock is up nearly 100% since my deep dive went out. The Elytra spacecraft uses the same proven systems that landed Blue Ghost on the Moon. MoonFall is the first phase of NASA's Moon Base initiative. It sounds simple, but it really comes down to doing the work early while most attention is elsewhere. Earlier this year, these 3 names were widely dismissed and heavily doubted. Today, they’re all up 100%+ YTD. I'm not chasing what’s already crowded, I prefer to focus instead on what’s still being misunderstood or ignored. Week 6 delivered a solid sector-wide bounce. I trimmed a small portion of $LUNR, while keeping the majority of the position intact to maintain exposure. the stock bounced hard after analyst upgrades following the NASA Ignition event (delayed much!) The goal was mainly to free up some liquidity ahead of potential opportunities. I typically prefer holding 10–15% cash for optionality, but after this trim I was at 5%. Week 6 closed at $129,226.70

☢️ Advanced nuclear reactor & fuel company, X-Energy, is going public on Thursday under ticker symbol $XE. They’re targeting a $16-$19 share price and ~$7.5B valuation. I’ll start off by saying, in many respects, this is like any other SMR company - meaning no actual reactors online for 5-10 years. BUT a few things to note: • They’re co-founded by Dr. Kam Ghaffarian, the same guy who co-founded $LUNR (Intuitive Machines), Axiom Space, and Quantum Space. • They made $109 million in revenue in 2025. This was mainly in grants and development contracts, but is still impressive since most other early stage SMR companies still have little to no revenue. • They’ve got up to 11 GW of potential power already booked by customers including $AMZN, Dow chemical, Ontario Power Generation, Talen Energy, and others. • Their subsidiary, TRISO-X, reached a major regulatory milestone by securing the first-ever NRC Category II license for a commercial advanced nuclear fuel fabrication facility. This means they’re permitted to make reactor fuel using HALEU (High-Assay Low-Enriched Uranium) that they can use themselves and sell to others. • Investors include Amazon (anchored a $500M Series C), Jane Street (led an oversubscribed $700M Series D), and ARK Invest (key participant in private rounds and has expressed interest in acquiring another $105M during the IPO). I’ve tried to stay away from nuclear stocks due to the super long time horizon and first-of-a-kind (FOAK) nature of the technology, but this one seems interesting. Especially during a very nuclear-friendly administration. Vibes tell me it’s going to rip Thursday. Not saying I’m going to buy, but who knows. I’ll be watching closely. $LUNR B. Riley raised the firm's price target on Intuitive Machines to $25 from $20 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Intuitive's Near Space Network Services satellite constellation and Moon RACER LTV are positioned to provide critical communications, navigation, and surface mobility support to both government and commercial lunar customers, the firm says.

LUNR is ~$2–3B market cap pre-LTV, pre-Golden Dome revenue, and before scaling recurring contracts — **yet post-Lanteris acquisition, LUNR has projected revenue of ~$800M. That’s the disconnect in this debate. Markets price future dominance early, not after contracts are fully derisked. This is part of a potential $4.82B effort to build out lunar comms infrastructure, a high-bandwidth relay, navigation & positioning from GEO to the Moon. IM's constellation will support Artemis & commercial missions. Long game, but it’s starting to fund.
