$ASST ZERO DEBT Daily dividends is a BOLD move. They are banking this will cause SATA to maintain a par or higher incentive in order to accumulate bitcoin at a rate similar or better than MSTR. $ASST next 2 weeks are vital to the continued success of BTC. US/Iran ceasefire deadline is next week. Fed meeting the week after next and clarity act commentary or potential committee scheduled meeting. All 3 events happening over a 2 week period. But dippity to high 12s next week off a weakened btc over the weekend then back to the races week after maybe? Feels like when we hit 11s just to see 9s again the next week recently. $ASST I think one of the cool things about strive is you can see how the company is doing updated every 5 seconds on their treasury dashboard. So the market should be able to price it a lot more accurately and consistently. Also,Strive, Inc. and Tuttle Capital Management filed an SEC prospectus for what could be the first ETF focused on Bitcoin treasury preferred securities. The T-Strive Digital Credit ETF (ticker: DGCR) will trade on Cboe. It’ll primarily hold two instruments: Strategy’s perpetual preferred stock STRC (current yield ~11.5%) and Strive’s equivalent SATA (paying 12.75% annualized dividend). This actively managed, income-focused ETF won’t hold Bitcoin directly. Instead, it plans to use leverage to boost yields. SATA exposure will come mainly through total return swaps (not direct shares), while STRC will be held outright — a structure tied to the conflict-of-interest disclosure in the prospectus. Expected to go effective around mid-June. This could be a game-changer for income investors in the Bitcoin treasury space.

$ASST I really do not think people understand the revolution that is coming with digital credit. And they also need to hop off the bear shit here. Strive can buy enough strc to fund our entire div payment program so i am not concerned about payments. What happens when strive is making more from strc than they are paying in divs monthly, Sounds like an infinitely scalable bitcoin accumulating juggernaut in the making to me. We have no debt to pay off. Multiple businesses that even if they lose a bit of cash. Its completely covered by our bitcoin gains our yield from strc and any revenue semler medical devices strive asset management gets also helps offput any losses that come from operating the businesses. This is not some company we will see massive earnings from sales etc. Its a treasury that is going to 20-50x its balance sheet in the next decade more than likely. $ASST my guess is based on how this is corelated to bitcoin now if bitcoin will hit $100K this will be around $14 per share. so most of the guys who purchased this before 20/1 won't see their money back longer time.. because it is not rebounding in line with bitcoin but a little slower..

$ASST This stock is doing just what most stocks that go through a reverse split do. It may be taking longer than I would have expected to get back into penny stock status, but it is heading that way. SATA may be worth looking at if you can buy under 85 dollars. There may be a one or two month trend where selling around 100 dollars is possible and a 12% dividend is attractive. I see little evidence investor confidence is going to rebound anytime soon. Also you can follow me, I'll be tracking $ASST all the way.

$ASST It is a shame they showed no confidence in their own company. A company with around a billion in assets and almost no debt should not be any where near this price. I estimate the minimum price should be 12/share. It would not surprise me they do another reverse split because they destroyed investor confidence in this stock. So much potential. Hope I am wrong.

He is diluting via $SATA to buy more $BTC for $ASST . Hes not lining his pockets with it. It goes right into the Strive books and investors eventually reap the awards via share price increase. We literally watched it happen on Friday with a 20% gain while bitcoin was up 10%. They file buys via the SEC and you can read where the bitcoin goes. This isnt difficult guys. $ASST If we have the ability to raise capital at a premium with the ATM I hope they do so and then buy 500 million dollars of bitcoin. If you're scared dont buy. Dont tell others how to invest though. I hope they raise mostly via $SATA but its unlikely going to be enough to fullfill their aspirations of being one of the biggest treasuries on the market. In total they have a billion dollars of optionality to increase bitcoin per share. 500m ATM sata and 500m ATM asst. PLUS 750 million in warrants from the initial pipe raise are still on the table. So 1.75 billion dollars of funding sounds pretty good to me. Long investment time frame is a must. But quit the RS AND DILUTE TO NEGATIVE INFINITY bullshit.

I believe in it overall, but with any RS there will be volatility, and I think we will be able to buy back better prices.. to bad too since that RS really dampened the energy yesterday.. as others have pointed out $BMNR did the same thing and it in the end was very good, thankfully this isn’t a RS for compliance reasons.. so this actually is for the better.. eventually

$ASST we touched $1.14 last week and turned so technically, in the near term, if we break and hold that, momentum should continue. I am looking at $1.25 as a point I may trim a bit. $1.45 was the top before that. Two critical areas for us to watch. $BTC $ASST Bitcoin is so coiled up and held down by options right now. There’s a partial expiry this week with the bulk expiring 1/31. We are trading right now in the $90-$95 range and will be freed up to $100 after Friday and should fly after 1/31. If 6 months is say $160,000 (based on $315,000), it’s hard to say because there was a sentiment premium previously. I’ve always felt it could be $16-$20. I also see us having a lot more bitcoin by then headed to goal of #2 which means currently more than 50,000 bitcoin. I think we could be around 20-35,000 bitcoin in 6 months. We shall see.

$ASST About that merger… I feel like it’s a mostly done deal. Semler has already reduced and restructured staff. Eric Semler is already working with Matt on podcasts and seminars. Semler had lost business subsequent to the merger announcement. Not much information, but they got tied up in “extra” Medicare regulation. The Semler Business Model is preventative care for heart disease and their best selling preventative “invention” device saves lives due to early detection. Without early detection, current status quo detects heart disease when it is already too late and an expensive drawn out end of life. They were trading as high $67.50 with a PT of $78.40 and tasked to cut costs. You can check out their inventions and patents on the website. Know what you own…and DYOR.

Which means that Strive can exercise warrants at 1.35 a share and buy millions worth of Bitcoin at less than 116K with all those warrant proceeds. If not this week, it's going to be the week after, because that OI coming is insanely high. $ASST ifI was a CEO and my stock was under 1$ I would not sleep or eat until I come up with a plan to get the price up! Especially if I had a politician heavily invested in it and free cash to use! This is the ultimate shake out. I trust Matt will buy back shares and buy as much bitty as possible to DCA. Positioning in this bitcoin financial/DAT environment is becoming increasingly competitive with Twenty One Capital launching/merging this week. Strive’s goal to be #2 will take a lot of aggressive finesse, but they can do it.

$ASST It is in the gravity of $BTC but is not reacting wildly when it spikes, yet falling when it tanks. I think this is because they have not yet accumulated enough BTC to warrant big jumps but carries the risk. $ASST clearly has a high Beta with $BTC, the algos link its movement based on that, but on top of the algos i think humans see a drop in in BTC and panic sell but do not see the same urgency when bitcoin goes up. That is my theory anyway. I think eventually this turns, with the merger and new 500m, we could see another 10k BTC added. The beta link will be much stronger.

$ASST a glitch! Thete are only a couple of things that activity could’ve been, imo (1) a large dark pool buy getting processed. (2) the whole level is still manipulated and it accidentally did a SnapBack. Either way it’s a big buy or artificially manipulated down, again, imo. At some point it will have a big SnapBack when allowed. Not Financial Advice.

$ASST Research the difference between a stock buy back and a reverse split. Both reduce the number of shares. A stock buy back shows confidence in a companies financial future. A reverse split shows financial difficulty. This company has zero debt. They announced a 500 million dollar stock buy back. Which is more likely. They are a company that is in a strong financial position or a company struggling financially? The share price reflects large dilution built into the merger details between Asset and Strive not their current financial situation. I am not saying now is the best time to buy this stock. I am suggesting that if you buy plan on waiting for their plan to come together. Many of the largest investment firms have been buying.

$ASST It took a lot of effort yesterday to keep the price from dipping under $1.00. It should’ve gone to sub $.90 when bitcoin hit $83,900. We all said “Wow! this is REALLY holding up well”. 🤣 Today, Bitcoin hit $92K. Three days ago when Bitcoin hit $92K the price went to $1.17 🤣 Today, a wall came up & pinned it to $1.08 while strategy & coinbase climbed all afternoon. Some people got pissed off & sold. Point is, as Bitcoin price goes up, yet this is pinned close to the $1.00 puts expiring every Friday, the fuel for the SnapBack gains strength. I’m happy to buy more at $1.00, but the SnapBack will come with more fuel each week, especially under any catalyst or news.. (as always, DYODD, fact check me, Groc me).
