There is a quiet transformation happening at $MX that the market has not woken up to yet, and I think it is one of the best risk reward setups in semis right now. This company made a decision most legacy chip companies are too slow to make. They killed their dying display business entirely and rebuilt the entire company around high value power semiconductors aimed directly at AI data centers. No half measures. A complete pivot into the hottest power market on earth. And it is already showing up in the product roadmap. 110 new product launches across 2025 and 2026. New generation parts going from 2% of revenue to 10% by Q4. 8th generation 40V and 60V MOSFETs purpose built for AI server and data center power supply units being showcased at PCIM Europe this month. Every new product carries higher margins than the legacy parts it replaces. The balance sheet gives you a floor while the transition plays out. $94.6 million in cash against $42.3 million in debt. Net cash. Trading around 1x sales. The downside is largely covered before you even factor in the upside. The market still sees the old sleepy analog company. What is actually being built is a power semiconductor business pointed straight at the largest growth market in technology. When the revenue mix fully shifts the re rate follows. Double digits might be coming.

Me and my subs got back into $MX today on the dip around $7.50 and I think the re-rate is coming. I ran this stock for 40% taking profits a couple days ago, waited for the pullback, and bought it right back. Nothing about the thesis changed on the dip. If anything the setup got better because the entry got cheaper. Here is why I think $12 to $14 is where this is headed. $MX killed its legacy display business and is rebuilding entirely around AI data center power semiconductors. 110 new products launching across 2025 and 2026. New generation parts going from 2% of revenue to 10% by Q4. 8th generation MOSFETs purpose built for AI server power supply units being showcased at PCIM Europe this month. Net cash balance sheet at roughly 1x sales. The stock jumped 20% on just a trade show announcement. That tells you how starved the market is for a credible AI power angle in this name and how little of the pivot is actually priced in. Bought the dip at $7.50. The pivot is real. The balance sheet is clean. The AI power market is enormous. $12 to $14 is the target and I think it gets there soon. NFA.

So you’re telling me $DELL crushed it after their earnings report MASSIVELY. Well now I have my eyes on $AVGO reporting June 3 after market close. I am not missing out on this. Custom ASICs + AI networking tailwinds. This is the pickaxe layer powering the same data center buildout. Intel/Dell strength = positive read-through for the ecosystem which is also why I like $MX But let’s take a look at how nicely setup $AVGO is. -Sitting right above the 200EMA? -Massive volume at market close? -Volume flow indicator is at the low? Management looked at their legacy display semiconductor business, decided it had no future, and killed it entirely. No half measures. No slow wind down.
