$INFQ up 30% yesterday. $2.5 billion market cap. And I think this is still early. Let me show you the numbers that make me so bullish on this long term. Today: $40 million revenue guidance for 2026. $569 million in cash. Zero debt. 85% of revenue from government customers who do not cancel contracts. But here is where it gets interesting. $INFQ is targeting 100 logical qubits by 2028. That is the threshold industry experts at Bain and McKinsey have identified as the point where practical quantum advantage becomes real. Not theoretical. Real. That milestone flips this company from a quantum sensing business with computing upside into a full quantum computing platform with enterprise customers. The global quantum computing market is projected to hit $5.3 billion by 2029 and $20 billion by 2030. McKinsey puts the long term market at $72 billion by 2035. The US government just awarded $2 billion in grants to nine quantum computing companies and is taking equity stakes in all of them. This is not a research grant. The government taking equity stakes means they are treating quantum computing as critical national security infrastructure. That is a completely different level of commitment. Every quantum stock is running today. But the one I think is the most interesting play is $INFQ and here is why. Most quantum computing companies are building gate based systems. Fragile qubits. Extreme cooling requirements. Massive infrastructure overhead. Still years away from practical commercial applications. Infleqtion takes a different approach entirely. My 10x stock idea from GTC isn't photonics?! But it does involve lasers. Say hello to $INFQ. It's a newly IPO'd quantum stock generating tens of millions in revenue in space + defense applications with very unique technology. @infleqtion went public last month but it's trading 40% below its IPO price with a sub $2B market cap. $INFQ trades at roughly 70x trailing sales on $29M in revenue. Compare that to $RGTI at $6B market cap on just $7M in revenue, that's 860x sales. I chatted with $INFQ's Chief Administrative Officer, Julie McGee, to dig in further but here's the TLDR. Most quantum companies need to cool their chips to near absolute zero temps just to operate. Infleqtion uses "neutral atom" technology that traps individual atoms inside a glass cell using lasers and runs them at room temperature. It takes the power of a few hairdryers. No giant refrigerators. Way cheaper and way easier to scale. And unlike most quantum names they're actually shipping products NOW. Quantum clocks for GPS-denied navigation, RF sensors, inertial navigation systems. Selling to NASA, the DoD, and the UK government. Their quantum clock is being qualified by SpaceX for satellite systems. Quantum brings a whole new level of precision that works on the ground, in the sky, and underwater. Their technology can enable submarines to navigate without ever linking up to a satellite. GPS jamming is also becoming a huge problem on the battlefield, showing up in Ukraine and Iran. Quantum timing is inherently unjammable and unspoofable. They also had a dedicated spot inside the Nvidia booth at GTC. $INFQ partnered with Nvidia to demo the first commercial materials science application running on logical qubits and are working with Nvidia's NVQLink to scale quantum-classical hybrid computing. What's next: 30 logical qubits targeted this year, one of the most important milestones in the race to fault tolerant quantum computing by 2028. Plus a new NASA contract to measure Earth's gravity from space. Infleqtion combines an attractive valuation with extremely unique technology (they're the only neutral atom quantum company publicly listed). Could easily see this re-rating fast, I just think the IPO timing was poor with Iran. Could be adding this as a lottery ticket to my Asymmetrical Bets portfolio soon... Decided to go long on $INFQ. Infleqtion is a brand new Quantum Computing IPO that I've been watching. Quantum names like: $IONQ ($11B+) or $RGTI ($5.1B) typically command large premiums (trapped-ion/superconducting qubits). But, Infleqtion is the first public pure-play in neutral-atom quantum computing. While most others are speculative, Inflection already has use cases as their quantum sensing division + products like quantum optical clocks, RF receivers, and inertial sensors, are utilized by NASA and the US military. I've been erring on the side of caution on Quantum Computing names, as Quantum especially, is not valued based on traditional P/E, P/S. But the technology + national security risks are monumental, and foreign governments are pouring money into the space. And $INFQ seems to be head of the game. As a result, I personally decided allocate a small percentage toward Infleqtion ( $INFQ ) as exposure to quantum computing.
