The names that own the power and the data centers are the ones quietly capturing that scarcity. Here are my favourite picks: • $NBIS Nebius. Full stack AI cloud, vertical integration, owned gigawatt scale power, Microsoft and Meta anchor contracts, clearest path to true hyperscaler. • $IREN IREN. Ex bitcoin miner gone all in on AI, owned renewable Texas campuses, large Blackwell GPU fleet, Microsoft contract, targeting almost four billion in AI ARR. • $KEEL Keel Infrastructure. The former Bitfarms reborn, owned power and land across Pennsylvania and Washington, early HPC landlord pivot, fresh Buy coverage, rerating candidate. • $HIVE HIVE Digital. Green powered miner reallocating capacity into AI and high performance compute, smaller and earlier, an option on the same pivot playbook. • $DGXX Digi Power X. Former bitcoin miner turned AI infrastructure operator, just signed a ten year colocation deal with Nvidia rival Cerebras for a 40 megawatt campus in Alabama, built on land it already owns with grid power secured. The initial term is worth roughly 1.1 billion, with total potential value up to 2.5 billion inclusive of expansion and renewal options. The contracted minimum alone runs larger than the whole company, which trades near a 720 million market cap. The AI supercycle still looks early. Power is the bottleneck, the buildout runs for years, and the market is only starting to separate the owners from the renters.

Look at $KEEL (formerly Bitfarms). They literally rebranded their entire company, dumped their Bitcoin mining roots, and their stock is up ~75% YTD purely on the promise of a 2.2 GW pipeline and aiming to sign 3 tech leases by the end of the year. They are losing money on paper, but the market is heavily pricing in their AI future. Between $HIVE's 33% rip on an unbuilt 2027 gigafactory and $KEEL's total identity shift, the trend is clear: Wall Street is treating power pipelines like gold, and they want explicit AI infrastructure plays. $CLSK has arguably the best, most operational, highest-quality data center capacity in Texas and Georgia right now. But by staying quiet and focusing purely on the fundamentals instead of screaming 'AI infrastructure' from the rooftops, they are letting peers with far weaker immediate cash flows hijack the valuation multiples.

I’m currently holding 40% cash in my portfolio. I’ve sold all my small positions and trimmed almost 50% of my $ONDS position over the last few weeks. Global tension. Government shutdown. Rate cuts. Opportunities will present themselves in the coming weeks/months.
