Always happy to see the entire Space sector green, much needed after a rough few days! Quick highlights: $AMPG - still an undervalued, multi-thesis play. $ASTI - has more room to run than others IMO. Curious if it can pull an $MNTS and go from ~$8 to ~$22+ in 2 days. $ASTS - solid long-term play, seems like its taking a bit longer to recover from Blue Origin, makes sense as it was directly impacted. $CPSH - still a phenomenal bottleneck play, 2027/2028 will be huge. $FLY - great long-term play, still up massively from our initial call at ~$20. $MNTS - casually mentioned it as a high volatility, high return play a while back around ~$6. Up massively since then. $RDW - great long-term play for multi-sector exposure, initial entry was around $7. Up massively since then. $RKLB - one of my favorite long-term names. Been charting $ASTS and Rocket Lab since ~$35. $SATL, $SIDU, and $SPIR are all up massively from our initial calls as well. Disclosure: I have positions in some of these. Whether it's today, tomorrow, or early next week, I will sell as I see fit. Full transparency, not planning to hold through $SPCX IPO (opinion may change). And will certainly look to re-enter afterwards.

Blue Origin's black swan moment continues to rock the entire sector... Highly recommend using $UFO and $NASA ETF to track the sector sentiment. Expecting a relief bounce before $SPCX goes public. Roadshow starts very soon, should help the overall sector. There are some solid buying zones now for great companies like $CPSH, $AMPG, $SATL, $FLY, and more. But it's best to let the dust settle first... I'll share updates as we progress.

While it's upsetting seeing some of our favorite tickers (like $RKLB, $FLY, $CPSH, $AMPG, and more) take a hit, it's nice seeing "meme" stocks like $SPCE run... Could be a good sign? The market reaction in space stocks leading up to the SpaceX $SPCX IPO makes me very excited for what happens when Anduril finally goes public Some notable SpaceX 'meme' proxies that went up a lot are $MNTS $SPCE $FJET $CPSH (100%+ gains in a week or two) The space leaders like $ASTS and $RKLB also did well and are great fundamental businesses When Anduril files for IPO, Kraken Robotics $KRKNF $PNG.V will fall into both of the categories. A really high quality stock which can become a meme overnight due to the name and incredibly close connection with Anduril Still the best proxy investment I am aware of for Anduril in public markets. My target for this year is $10 without the Anduril IPO and $20 if they would go public this year.

Looks like we agree on the similarities between $CPSH and $SIVE when it was just starting to break out... Completely different businesses, but both are phenomenal chokepoint plays. Back when $SIVE was sitting at ~8 SEK, most people saw it as just another small-cap photonics name. Little did they know, it was hugely undervalued as a supplier sitting at a genuine bottleneck in the optical interconnect space... exactly the layer AI needed as data movement became the constraint. The market eventually caught on and it proceeded to ~10x. $CPSH feels like it's at that same pre-recognition stage, sitting at the same valuation as $SIVE before it took off. > $SIVE: photonics/optical interconnects for AI datacenters > $CPSH: AlSiC thermal management for defense, space, and potentially AI chips Both are critical suppliers that get overlooked until market demand forces the re-rating. And remember, $CPSH is the only meaningful US-based vertically integrated AlSiC supplier, with sole-source status on many applications per their own 10-K... When the market starts to recognize this as a true bottleneck, it'll re-rate hard and fast. $SIVE already showed how that plays out.

Okay so here's a quick comparison between $SIDU's offering yesterday and $CPSH's offering. I meant it when I said $CPSH raising ~$9M (~5% of MC) is pretty negligible. Priced at $8.00, UP from $3.00 in their October raise. Funds are being used for expansion and growth. Record $32.6M revenue in 2025. Meanwhile, $SIDU just did a $100M raise (~25% of MC). ~20M new shares. Funds are being used for working capital (leaning towards survival rather than growth). This is $SIDU's SECOND raise in ~5 weeks. $58.5M offering in April (13.45M shares at $4.35) That's ~$158M raised in five weeks. And their Q1 2026 revenue? $359K. Not millions... thousand. BUT, it somehow works out for $SIDU. It's up more than 2x from our initial entry at ~$2. So you have a company raising ~$158M against ~$359K of quarterly revenue, twice in five weeks, for...? Compare that to $CPSH raising ~$9.6M at a 2.5x higher price than their last raise, to fund expansion, on $32.6M of real revenue. Read the structure, not the headline.

$CPSH 1.2M share offering if you’re wondering why it’s negative pre-market. This is an institutional offering, not a public retail offering. Meaning it caught the attention of a certain institution (unnamed for now), and they committed at $8 (Nasdaq requirement). Now it's sitting right above where we called $CPSH as a solid entry a few days back… Note that this is growth dilution with capex and commercialization (e.g. facility relocation to a larger production site is already underway), not survival dilution to keep the lights on. ~$9M offering (~5%) is pretty negligible IMO (significantly less than $NASA’s holdings alone lol). Volatility should be pretty short-lived as the thesis has not changed… only US-based vertically integrated AlSiC supplier, growing defense pipeline, sole-source on critical applications. Not telling people what to do here, but I’m personally not overreacting to the news. And if you were looking for an entry, we’re a tad higher than when I first dropped my thesis on $CPSH here.

So in 2021, $CPSH rallied ~900% in 17 trading days, from a single contract. Back then, the U.S. Defense budget was ~$700B. A single contract of ~$28M catalyzed a near-10x run for $CPSH. Now the current launchpad with the new $CPSH pipeline, and many new catalysts: > $1.5T defense budget for 2027 > Navy SBIR Amphibious Combat Vehicle extension, $4M hermetic packaging order, and potential US Navy destroyer ballistic shield contracts (Congressional funding already secured) > Structural moat as the only meaningful US AlSiC supplier (re: my $CPSH bottleneck post) > $NASA ETF inclusion > AI infrastructure thermal management optionality stacked on top So if one contract drove ~900% off speculation, what could a multi-thesis stack drive?

Good news for $CPSH investors... the more I look into the AlSiC angle, the more obvious the bottleneck is. The $NASA ETF forced-flow is definitely the short-term catalyst, but the actual moat is why I think $CPSH could reach $5-10B MC. $CPSH manufactures Aluminum Silicon Carbide (AlSiC) - a metal matrix composite that handles extreme thermal conditions where conventional materials fail. It's the material that lets electronics survive in environments most components can’t: > $CPSH's HybridTech Armor was selected by the U.S. Navy for crew weapons stations on aircraft carriers. Currently being installed across the fleet starting with USS Abraham Lincoln > U.S. Army's DEVCOM had a 2-year contract with them to develop "controlled fragmentation" warheads using $CPSH's proprietary tungsten injection molding process > The U.S. Department of Energy relies on $CPSH for impact limiters in nuclear fuel transport > $CPSH components sit inside GPS III satellites and ISS electronics. Both U.S. Space Force and NASA programs. Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover too. > $LMT, $RTX, Northrop, General Dynamics uses $CPSH for radar housings and missile heat-shielding components. This is the kind of customer list that doesn't get replaced... The majority of global AlSiC production sits in East Asia... Many of our products are designed specifically for a single customer application, making us the sole-source provider for those components." This is why I mentioned it had multi-sector exposure, making it a multi-thesis play. Sole-source provider for defense, space, and nuclear applications. Now the geopolitical layer... The proposed $1.5T US defense budget for 2027 requires domestic supply chains. ITAR-controlled defense components can't be sourced from China-adjacent suppliers. When defense contractors need AlSiC components, $CPSH is quite literally the only domestically compliant option at scale. Adding in the AI infrastructure layer... As $NVDA Rubin generation chips scale toward multi-thousand watt power requirements, thermal management becomes existential. AlSiC is one of the materials being evaluated for next-gen chip packaging due to its ability to handle thermal expansion mismatches at extreme temperatures. Niche industrial materials becoming AI infrastructure bottlenecks is a recurring pattern. $CPSH is very likely the next one. This is what asymmetry looks like. I am extremely long at ~$250M MC.

My fastest 2x ever? $CPSH > Entry $7.10 > Hold time: 21 hours > Price now: $13.35 This is perfect example of sizing being super important > Up 10% > Halted > Unhalted -> closes at 70% > 20% in AH Most people after 60% would have trimmed / sold. But because I sized into a position size I dont care about. I remove psychology from the trade as its money I can lose and get gifted 30% more. Deciding whether to sell initials or just diamond hand. Although AH volume is proving the 60% candle isnt just a “one off”

Another interesting angle on $CPSH that is just as bullish as the original thesis. The semiconductor angle. Every advanced semiconductor power module needs thermal management. When you pack enormous amounts of power into a tiny chip the heat generated can destroy the device in seconds without the right material managing it. Aluminum silicon carbide is the solution. Lighter than traditional materials. Thermally superior. Precisely engineered to match the expansion properties of the semiconductor itself. $CPSH makes that material. And multinational semiconductor manufacturers keep coming back with bigger contracts every single year. $12 million semiconductor contract in October 2024. Then a $15.5 million contract from the same customer in October 2025. That is a 16.5% increase year over year from one customer alone. Used inside power modules for high speed rail, energy grid infrastructure, and EV applications globally. Now think about where semiconductor power density is going. Aluminum silicon carbide. Hybrid materials that combine the light weight of aluminum with the thermal conductivity and stiffness of ceramics. The kind of precision engineered materials that go inside power electronics for defense systems, satellites, electric vehicles, hypersonic vehicles, and aerospace applications. This is not commodity manufacturing. These components take years to qualify into programs. The thermal management properties of what CPS makes are critical for high power electronics that cannot fail. Defense contractors. Aerospace primes. Government programs. Once you are qualified into a program you stay qualified. The switching cost is enormous because requalifying a new supplier takes years and risks program delays nobody can afford. That is the moat. So I was deep diving into $NASA ETF holdings to see what will heavily benefit from $SPCX IPO... And I came across $CPSH. At the start of this year, it was a solid US AlSiC play, but quickly became a multi-thesis bet. As of last week, $NASA ETF holds ~1.8M shares of $CPSH (I immediately started a relatively large position). This is important because $NASA is the only pure-play space ETF with direct SpaceX exposure pre-IPO. And a portion of every dollar flowing into $NASA for SpaceX exposure becomes a purchase of $CPSH. As SpaceX IPO momentum builds toward June 12, that flow accelerates. But let's go over why $CPSH even made the cut into $NASA's portfolio.
