Last week was a liquidity drain due to the SpaceX IPO, this week was early investors hedging their locked shares. A lot of what we've seen is flow and positioning, not business fundamentals. Stocks going down while the business keeps getting stronger means opportunity to me. Added heavily to $CPSH here. Hard to resist a chokepoint play that's sitting far from previous resistance. Remember, we're often early to a lot of these asymmetric trades. It takes time for the market to catch up. We saw this when I called out: $ONDS under $1 $IREN at ~$6 $CIFR at ~$3 And more recently, $FLY at ~$20 $SATL at ~$3 $SIDU at ~$2 Zoom out. You'll understand why I'm able to quote tweet myself from months ago and point out how these multi-baggers. Elaborating on why I said $ASTI has "more room to run" relative to others on the list. Resistance levels shown for $ASTI, $SATL, $SIDU, and $SPIR - looks similar compared to other names as well. Purely technical and short-term, similar to how $MNTS rocketed from ~$8 to ~$22 in 2 trading days. Momentum on $MNTS is still there even after the pop, already up 24% today... $SPCX Roadshow presentation was also released today, so the sector should catch more mainstream attention over the next few days.

Always happy to see the entire Space sector green, much needed after a rough few days! Quick highlights: $AMPG - still an undervalued, multi-thesis play. $ASTI - has more room to run than others IMO. Curious if it can pull an $MNTS and go from ~$8 to ~$22+ in 2 days. $ASTS - solid long-term play, seems like its taking a bit longer to recover from Blue Origin, makes sense as it was directly impacted. $CPSH - still a phenomenal bottleneck play, 2027/2028 will be huge. $FLY - great long-term play, still up massively from our initial call at ~$20. $MNTS - casually mentioned it as a high volatility, high return play a while back around ~$6. Up massively since then. $RDW - great long-term play for multi-sector exposure, initial entry was around $7. Up massively since then. $RKLB - one of my favorite long-term names. Been charting $ASTS and Rocket Lab since ~$35. $SATL, $SIDU, and $SPIR are all up massively from our initial calls as well. Disclosure: I have positions in some of these. Okay so here's a quick comparison between $SIDU's offering yesterday and $CPSH's offering. I meant it when I said $CPSH raising ~$9M (~5% of MC) is pretty negligible. Priced at $8.00, UP from $3.00 in their October raise. Funds are being used for expansion and growth. Record $32.6M revenue in 2025. Meanwhile, $SIDU just did a $100M raise (~25% of MC). ~20M new shares. Funds are being used for working capital (leaning towards survival rather than growth). This is $SIDU's SECOND raise in ~5 weeks. $58.5M offering in April (13.45M shares at $4.35) That's ~$158M raised in five weeks. And their Q1 2026 revenue? $359K. Not millions... thousand. BUT, it somehow works out for $SIDU. It's up more than 2x from our initial entry at ~$2. So you have a company raising ~$158M against ~$359K of quarterly revenue, twice in five weeks, for...? Compare that to $CPSH raising ~$9.6M at a 2.5x higher price than their last raise, to fund expansion, on $32.6M of real revenue. Read the structure, not the headline.

Hinted at a new trade and came up with this idea after seeing the incredible squeezes in small cap names like $CPSH $MNTS $FJET $SIDU (the large quality names like $ASTS and $RKLB also performed well, but this post is focused on a speculative trade idea rather than fundamentals) The idea is $ASTI, and this one is very risky so please read it all before forming an opinion $ASTI Ascent Solar builds featherweight rollable thin film CIGS solar arrays out of Thornton Colorado for spacecraft and defense platforms where mass and resilience matter more than cost per watt. One of the notable customers is NOVI Space, which uses Ascent's rolled blankets to power its N1 ATLAS hyperspectral satellite, a toaster sized craft pulling 150W off a tightly stowed array, with NOVI planning to repeat that across a small Earth observation constellation running its GENIE edge compute platform. Beyond NOVI almost everything is pipeline rather than booked revenue. There are teaming agreements with CisLunar Industries and Star Catcher Industries on power beaming, an R&D collaboration with NASA Marshall and Glenn wrapping this spring, a Georgia Tech UAV wing demo, plus eval deliveries and a list of unnamed defense and satellite partners. Recurring revenue is still close to nothing. There is a long way to go for this company. Treating it as a high risk trade, NFA. Roughly $50M market cap, persistent losses, eighteen employees and a standing habit of funding itself through dilutive placements and warrants, with the stock well off its 52 week high. The rest of the space meme complex has been ripping far harder, with $FJET and $MNTS both posting parabolic sessions while $ASTI has mostly bled, so the momentum crowd is plainly positioned elsewhere.

$AMPG is a much better long-term hold compared to every other small cap Space name. If you've done any bit of research on it, you'll understand why. AmpliTech is currently sitting at ~$125M MC... here's a comparison of $SATL, $SPIR, and $SIDU at $125M MC: $SATL was at peak distress. Revenue was $12.9M for 2024, cash position was $22.5M, and the net loss exploded to $116.3M from $61M the year prior. $SPIR at $125M MC had real revenue but was structurally broken. Net loss was $103 million in 2024, ended the year with only $20M cash, and had to raise $40M in Q1 2025 just to maintain operations. $SIDU at $125M MC never had real revenue to justify the valuation. To put it nicely, everything was a disaster back then. Everything was speculation-driven. (Compared to back then, all these companies have MUCH better fundamentals, balance sheets, and operational guidance now) So, if pure speculation can drive the stock ~10x for some of these companies in a reasonable amount of time... It'd be unwise to think $AMPG can't in a much shorter timeframe... especially with $SPCX IPO tailwinds. I will certainly quote this post later on. We are early.

Institutions are focused on $SPCX. Retail should be focused on the proxies surrounding it. You aren't going to get a good entry on $SPCX but you can absolutely print money using it as a catalyst. And I've been explaining how for months... Retail can't easily access the IPO. 5% float means institutions get allocations first. But $SPCX qualifies for Nasdaq-100 fast-entry inclusion, so every index fund will be forced to buy it. Fund managers know the forced demand is coming. So they're already positioning ahead and actively rotating into space adjacencies right now. Here's the thing... retail can do the exact same thing. You actually have a chance to get solid entries. Now the aftermath... $SPCX is the biggest IPO in history. Every public space name suddenly looks underpriced relative to the new ~$1.75T+ benchmark. Analyst upgrades. Institutional coverage expands. Media attention amplifies. Look at $CRWV's IPO - the entire Neocloud sector ($IREN, $CIFR, $APLD, etc.) re-rated for months after. Obviously there were other catalysts as well, but it'd be unwise to think the Space sector won't. A few names that'll benefit: $ASTS $LUNR $PL $RDW $RKLB $SATL $SIDU $SPIR $UFO ETF And my most recent asymmetric position: $AMPG. Full thesis on how Amplitech is significantly undervalued relative to the rest was shared earlier. Make sure to read it. $SPCX itself should explode on debut, then could become a sell-the-news event as we've seen before. Undoubtedly, the sector will see turbulence. But the downstream chain has a longer runway because the institutional discovery, re-rating, and capital rotation continues well beyond IPO day. This is why the chain matters more than the IPO itself. Would rather be positioned in asymmetric opportunities than chase $SPCX. I'll DCA in when the dust settles.

2 months ago $NVDA CEO told us the next sector that's being absorbed into this AI supercycle... "Space computing, the final frontier, has arrived. Intelligence must live wherever data is generated." When Jensen Huang calls space "the final frontier" and commits actual product to it (I'll make another post regarding this), it's worth paying attention to. And space just had a pretty healthy correction, which very likely could've bottomed with $RKLB earnings... While companies like Starcloud, Axiom Space, and Aetherflux (all private) benefit directly, there's a ton of public names that ride the same momentum (which they have, but it's time for the next wave up)... Here's a mix of names, for different appetites: $PL - Confirmed $NVDA partner for orbital AI processing. Also in Google's Project Suncatcher (81-satellite TPU cluster). Sits at the center of space computing. $ASTS - Direct-to-device satellites need real-time compute onboard. Every new BlueBird is essentially a node in the space computing network. Earnings today after close. $RKLB - None of this happens without rockets. Every Vera Rubin Space-1 module, every Suncatcher satellite, every BlueBird needs a ride. Just crushed earnings. Now the asymmetric ones... $SATL - Earth observation that gets exponentially more valuable when AI processes it in orbit instead of on the ground. Less bandwidth needed. $SIDU - Hosting Lonestar's StarVault on LizzieSat-4 in October. First commercial space-based data storage platform (actual space computing infrastructure going live). $MNTS - The "last" layer. Every space computing satellite eventually needs to be repositioned, serviced, or hosted somewhere. They handle that piece. Or if you want broad exposure, there's the $UFO ETF. Holds most of the names above + international satellite operators. (Disclosure: I have a position in many of these tickers at the moment, bullish on the next wave up) Left out a few space names that aren't a direct fit for space computing.

As you know, I'm a huge fan of riding this space sector momentum until the SpaceX IPO happens. Gives us 2-3 months (speculatively) to absolutely print money. I've just opened a starter position in $ASTI for 100,000 shares (~$500k). Here's a quick breakdown of the technical thesis: Two new BDs have just appeared on the 1D, confirmed at closing today (unlikely to be invalidated). As you've seen with every single call I've made, the real move begins after BDs are confirmed. A new Weekly BD just appeared as well... confirms upon the candle closing. Which leaves us with two BDs that can still appear; in short, way more room to run. And most importantly, there is quite literally no resistance until we start approaching $20 (~4x from here). 400% sounds pretty nice. Will likely add more shares as Blue Diamonds are confirmed along the way, and will share updates each step of the way, as usual. Still bullish on the rest of the space sector as well, bought the dip today on $SATL $SIDU and $SPIR. Let's rally!
