$TMC Is it just a cosmic joke, or a cosmic who knows what, that TMCR goes public tomorrow? Of all the days tomorrow? Is this real? The idea that Monday and Tuesday openings have occurred with zero major PR’s, I just don’t understand. I find it almost impossible when TMC established this exact timeline. No one forced these dates. It’s as mentally impossible as not having a plan for The Strait. Pretzels aren’t forced to twist this much. Man, I hope they have cooked up something, cause the strategy of nothing isn’t a good strategy at all. No PR’s in the micro and no plans for the Strait in the macro. Brutal. I don’t understand. $TMC In the last 3 years we had little rips at the signing NORI-D and the invoking of the 2 year rule, filing permits with NOAA/US, and the NPV report. All 3 of these moments were big but all were at some level speculative. We now have our CEO and CFO not talking in maybe’s.. but when, and with stated hard timelines. We have multiple processing plants under contract, and we have buyers under contract. Paper hands SELL! Short term traders SELL! Longs for this journey… we ALWAYS knew 2027-2030 would be when this all *just begins* to pay off. The path that has been clearly laid out is long term wealth. Like if you STILL believe $TMC.

$TMC for those who aren't in the trenches for this stock here is a recap of near-term catalysts: 1) RPP-CM-26-01, compliance on our quad submission 48hrs post march 20 & than selected for Phase 2 in late april (8-K filed) 2) TMCR listing (23rd?), Bidding on any royalities--specifically cashflow generating ones. 3) Formal certification of TMC USA A & B (Exploration) 4) Issue Note of Intent to start on the EIS process 5) Any of the tranches of warrants being cashed if price increases 6) May/June 1st draft of FY2027 NDAA, if this mentions nodules or the sea floor it's off to the races. This would be like codifying RPP-CM-26-01 into the military budget to help "derisk" agaisnt china. Stock price might be boring as watching shit dry right now but the cogs are churning. We have a packed next few weeks.

$TMC My opinion on the matter is that NOAA's revised rules were designed to fast track our recovery permit at the same warp speed as exploration. I know everyone, even Gerard, thinks the recovery permit is coming late this year or in 2027, but I bet everyone gets stunned when both are issued simultaneously soon. These are extraordinary times, and like the Manhattan project or Apollo mission, America is doing America. This stock will probably be halted all day when it's announced.

$TMC just an hour or so ago the stock was down nearly 5%… now we are in the green. on a day like today, that is huge. At 5% gains an hour, we are on track to close above the $8 mark. This would still be considered ”dirt cheap” and ”undervalued” by most retail investors, many of which have been ”all in” since before $1 per share.

A lot of folks been asking me if my conviction in $TMC and $KRKNF are connected. Well, absolutley. Kraken Robotics CEO Greg Reid specifically said on a podcast a few years ago that deep sea mining could be an industry of interest. Kraken's 3D at Depth divisionand its subsea lidar will be critical as countries race to map and declare the most nodule rich sections of the clarion cliperton zone as their sovereign mining grounds. Basically before any mining is done, mapping the seafloor will be the first step. Then maybe TMC calls in some Anduril Dive-LDs to protect America's deposits, or purchases their aquatic sentry systems. I don't think anyone really realizes how big of a gold rush deep sea mining will be and the second/third order effects. Just one example of how much alpha there is in the ocean tech space.
