Neocloud rally incoming... It'll be even more aggressive this time. > Just had a reasonable (and healthy) pullback the last couple of weeks > Received many more catalysts, including $NBIS and $CRWV being included in the Nasdaq-100 We have until June 22nd before Nasdaq rebalance takes effect. Gives us exactly one week to plant our seeds before the real run begins. Our thesis has gotten much stronger with these validations. @KHu08400080 Not all dilution is bad and depends on what structure. If you're doing a $600m ATM to build out laser fab capacity with $AAOI for $471m / month H1 2027 (at lower MC ranges), then that's accretive. If you're diluting 15% for NASDAQ listing requirements with $SIVE, and using proceeds for M&A, that's accretive. If you're diluting with $IQE and doing private placements with $MTSI to wipe off old toxic debt, that's accretive. If you're diluting $6,000,000,000 with $IREN, and likely selling that into the open market on every rally off the backs of $SLNH / $BKKT shills where majority of those retail went to 0, then that's predatory.

Sure, #1 thing is toxic financing structure/float dynamics. Best example is current Neoclouds landscape: - $IREN is basically trash, since they have $6,000,000,000 ATMs and virtually infinite dilution, likely selling into every rally (structural overhang) - While $NBIS is now YTD 153%+, from optimal structures (eg. $NVDA direct funding, mix of convertibles, etc.). - On the other hand, $CRWV has endless debt interest given they took out high interest rate loans to finance GPUs. It's extremely nuanced, but you need to take a look at the float dynamics. If they're legitimately a good company, then it might be a good idea to go long after all the existing holders get diluted to oblivion. But if you care about your equity appreciation, it's a good idea to stay far away from toxic financing structures or toxic overhang (eg. debt interest, that eats away at a company FCF long term) With smaller companies, they have this all the time, like $SLNH, where there's new $500m ATMs on a $250m MC. Or like $BKKT where there's endless dilution to fund executive pay. With these companies you're basically transferring your money over to the company while influencers talk about them. So those are red flags. With many software names like $SNAP, they mask stock-based compensation with profitability. So while the company optically looks profitable, you'll likely see the value of your equity decrease due to dilution. There's endless types of these share structures you need to look when screening ideas.

$IREN back down -34% from $70 to $46. I wonder if one of the dumbest communities on X finally learned to read? $NBIS is objectively the better Neocloud, with actual financing. -> Nvidia didn’t fund $IREN at all. They got a free purchase agreement to let IREN use their logos and dilute for GPUS. $NVDA actually gave $NBIS capital. -> $IREN is facing endless dilution like $BKKT, $ASST, $SLNH as retail wealth transfers capital over from $6,000,000,000 ATMs, on a dwindling “5 GW capacity” moat. $NBIS actually uses equity appreciating financing structures. And this is reflected in the YTD differences between them both. I’ve said the same thing last year too. One is up ~100%. The other is flat, and even negative depending on entry points. IREN is literally a marketing company at this point by how they manage to convince retail to wealth transfer over capital.

We underestimated $SLNH. Soluna beat EPS... significantly (-$0.24 vs -$0.62). This is the largest EPS beat in $SLNH's history. Revenue is up significantly as well (~59% YoY). Data hosting revenue more than doubled YoY. The pivot to renewable powered AI infrastructure is working... the entire thesis is playing out. Cash position of $86M, much stronger than what bears were worried about. The one downside? Their net losses increased from overhead growth/G&A expenses. The company is expected to announce its next earnings report in August, with analysts projecting an EPS of $0. They're already pricing in the transition from burning cash to operationally sustainable. This is huge. But what they're building behind the scenes is what's interesting... which'll also catalyze a rally upon fruition. Kati 2 (350 MW AI campus) is progressing fast in the design stage, while Dorothy 3 (owned outright) development stage is advancing. Once construction begins, you'll start seeing the valuation gap fill start to happen. We are very early. Any volatility we see should be extremely short-lived. Might get the perfect opportunity to enter on a pullback...

$DGXX and $SLNH (recent trades) are still asymmetric relative to where their comps are valued. E.g. $SLNH at ~$300M MC vs. $TLN at $15B or $CEG at $97B (renewable AI power thesis). Or a closer comparison ($BTC to AI/HPC pivot) would be $IREN at ~$19B MC, $CIFR at ~$8B MC, $WULF at ~$11B MC. Despite being up ~120% in the past month, it's still minuscule if the valuation gap starts to fill... next leg up could be even more aggressive. They still have meaningful upside relative to their competitors - we're nowhere near that ceiling yet. But that being said, for those who don't want to chase, there are more setups incoming. Keep notifications on. You don't want to miss the next one. 🤝

$SLNH earnings come out pretty soon. This should play out pretty similar to $ASTS the past couple of days... The market has largely priced in another EPS miss (has historically missed). Like most early stage AI infrastructure names, EPS isn't what matters right now. What actually matters, just like $ASTS, is the operational guidance. I've gone over the fundamentals on other posts, won't elaborate this time. Possible scenarios: Strong operational guidance + hit earnings = immediate rally. Could very likely see it soar towards $4-5+ imminently. Strong guidance + EPS miss = short-lived volatility, then instant recovery. We've seen this play out with $ASTS. The entire earnings pullback was eaten up within 2 days. Operational delays + EPS miss = brutal (unlikely scenario with all the macro tailwinds). Analyst target sits at $5 (~220% upside). This'll get very interesting...

Quick recap on some of our recent setups, in different layers of the same supercycle. Nailed the $SNDK rally, alongside $MRAM as a proxy which ran from ~$13 to ~$51 at peak. Nailed the $AMD thesis shortly after, before the next leg up. $SNDK earnings (datacenter revenue +233% YoY) reaffirmed our AI infrastructure & data center thesis. We already knew where to position our capital. Leading into Neocloud... with $CBRS IPO and $DGXX's recent deal with them, it was an easy proxy - rallied from ~$4 to ~$9 before the classic "sell-the-news" volatility. I expect it to be very short-lived. With $SNDK, $AMD, and $CBRS reaffirming the supercycle, power has become one of the most overlooked layers (all these chips run inside data centers, all those data centers need massive amounts of power). $TLN and $CEG dominate the sector. Now the most asymmetric name in the same chain? In comes... $SLNH. Renewable power. Fundamental and asymmetric thesis has been explained in a separate post. Called it at ~$1 (currently still playing out and early IMO). It's the same process over and over again. Find the bottleneck, find the asymmetric setup, position before the market catches up. One could say $AMD is one side of the barbell, as the de-risked and established setup that has high probability of working out. Extremely low risk. Now the other side of the barbell... $SLNH at ~$260M MC in the renewable AI power layer. Same ecosystem, completely different risk profile. Very early stage, much higher volatility... but the math works the same way. Increasing demand of $AMD chips → data centers → data centers need power → $TLN and $CEG dominate the AI data center power market at the moment. Going down the same chain... $SLNH provides renewable power + compute infrastructure. I'll make this super clear for people wondering if $DGXX or $SLNH is more asymmetric: They serve two completely different purposes, in different layers of the same supercycle. Both genuinely asymmetric in their own way. Both sit in the Neocloud ecosystem. $DGXX as a GPU-as-a-Service operator and $SLNH as the renewable powered data center beneath it. Initially shared at ~$4 (up 105%+ now). > Similar model as $CRWV (~$60B MC), $NBIS (~$45B), $IREN (~$20B). First AI revenue contract signed. $1.1B $CBRS colocation deal. Hans Vestberg / $BLK connection. > 1.9% institutional ownership leaves massive room for re-rating. Earnings tomorrow, GPU rental starts on Friday. Risks: Early stage, $750M shelf filed (dilution capacity), negative margins, execution heavy. $SLNH (~$250M MC) - Renewable powered AI data centers. Wind farm acquisition closes vertical integration loop. Initially shared at ~$1 (up 65% so far). > Same renewable power thesis as $TLN (~$17B), $CEG (~$106B), $VST (~$50B). 4.3GW development pipeline. But both have real catalysts incoming. As for dilution, that's a risk with any early stage company. Again, bears were saying the same thing about $PLTR at ~$15. Now the same bears would full-port if it ever dips to $100. Valuation gap between current MC and what their competitors are trading at is what makes both asymmetric in their own layers.

Here's a mix of Neocloud Infrastructure updates using technicals (1D) & fundamentals: > $CRWV. $NVDA invested $2B directly. $META signed a $21B deal through 2032. First investment grade GPU backed financing in history closed at $8.5B. 2 new BDs have appeared. Last one gave us a ~64% run. > $NBIS. $META signed a $27B deal recently. 551% projected growth for the next 12 months... still trading at a fraction of $CRWV's valuation. $NVDA backed. Single BD has appeared. Last one gave us a ~70% run. > $IREN. As mentioned before, it's the most de-risked IMO. Sweetwater 1 just energized. $MSFT deal live, $NVDA preferred partner. Less asymmetric but pretty hard to lose betting on it. Okay so $SNDK earnings played out exactly as expected, with liquidity flowing down the entire chain. Now where should we put our money? So we have $AMD earnings in 2 days... 99% chance they beat earnings. Might see a very short-lived dip and bounce right back, as we saw with $SNDK. > Revenue guidance at $9.8B. But $INTC beating by $1.4B on server CPUs tells you everything you need to know about what $AMD's EPYC business is probably seeing right now. > Can't forget the MI450 stacked pipeline. OpenAI, $META (both 6GW commitments), $ORCL supercluster in Q3... > As most of you know, I'm a sucker for valuation gap fills... $AMD's market cap is ~$587B. $AVGO is $1.9T. $NVDA is approaching $5T. Execution dependent, it's only a matter of time before $AMD catches up (hence my long-term position). Now the most interesting part... since the entire ecosystem around it will benefit, where do we put our money? > Semiconductors & Chip Manufacturing. Heavily rallied already and has priced in the strong demand - $AMD, $NVDA, $TSM, etc. > Photonics & Interconnects. Most rallied amongst the chain. $IREN and $SLNH investors are probably the most braindead communities I've interacted with on X. I've never seen a community so bullish on a $219M MC stock that has a new $1,000,000,000 dilution. And an ongoing $500,000,000 ATM. Then you have $IREN, with $6,000,000,000 active ATM, sold over time into the open market. Maybe, it's a better idea to just go long on a stock without the toxic financing... So you can actually benefit from equity appreciation without just being liquidity? It's just so hard to explain to people the nuances in financial dilution who lack the brain cells. Here is the $SLNH math that caught my attention. They currently operate 123MW generating $29.7 million in annual revenue. Bitcoin hosting economics. Roughly $240,000 per megawatt per year. AI compute hosting generates $500,000 to $1 million per megawatt annually at market rates. Kati 2 is 100MW plus dedicated AI and HPC. At AI compute pricing that is $50 to $100 million in annual revenue from a single site. On a company that did $29.7 million total last year. Dorothy 3 is a planned 300 plus MW AI campus on land they already own next to the Briscoe Wind Farm they just acquired. At AI compute rates Dorothy 3 alone is $150 to $300 million in annual revenue. Same land. Same power. Completely different revenue profile the moment an AI tenant signs. That is the trade.

Seeing a lot of talk recently about $SLNH and after a good amount of research Just opened a long position in $SLNH this morning at $1.40. Small. Speculative. But the setup is genuinely interesting. Soluna Holdings is not what most people think it is. Yes it started as a Bitcoin miner. But what it is actually building is something completely different. The core thesis is simple. Renewable energy generates massive amounts of surplus power that the grid cannot absorb. Wind farms and solar fields produce electricity at odd hours when nobody needs it. That power gets curtailed and wasted. Soluna builds modular data centers co-located directly with those renewable sources and converts that stranded energy into computing resources. Behind the meter. Cheaper than anything on the grid. Here is what they have actually built. They just closed a $53 million acquisition of the 150MW Briscoe Wind Farm in West Texas. That deal makes them fully vertically integrated at Project Dorothy. They now own both the electrons and the racks. Management guided $20 to $24 million in annualized revenue and $6 to $11 million in first year EBITDA from Briscoe alone. For a company that did $29.7 million in revenue last year that is a meaningful step change in a single transaction. Kati 1 at 83MW reached substantial completion ahead of schedule. Kati 2 at 100MW is advancing through technical validation as a dedicated AI and HPC facility. Project Dorothy 3 is a planned 300 plus MW renewable powered AI compute campus on 300 adjacent acres at the same West Texas site. $88.8 million in cash. $100 million project finance line with Generate Capital. 4.3 gigawatt development pipeline. The pivot from Bitcoin hosting to AI compute is already underway. Active discussions for 350MW of critical IT capacity. Kati 2 specifically designed for AI and HPC workloads. Now the risks. They are real and worth saying clearly. Still deeply unprofitable. $57 million net loss in 2025. Negative free cash flow. 26.51 million shares just registered for secondary sale creating overhang. Bitcoin still makes up a significant chunk of current revenue. Execution on Kati 2 and Dorothy 3 is not guaranteed. This is not a core position. It is a speculative bet on a company that owns the two scarcest inputs in AI infrastructure simultaneously. Renewable power and permitted data center land. At a market cap that does not come close to reflecting what the pipeline could be worth if executed. Small position. Eyes open.

Depending on your approach and what timeline you're looking at... $IREN is the most de-risked with energized megawatts, $MSFT deal, and $NVDA preferred partner. $IREN is already executing. Note that the execution is largely priced in after a 750%+ rally. $SLNH is sitting at a fraction of the valuation with the exact same tailwind (early/developmental stage ofc). In terms of asymmetric risk/reward, Soluna wins. $APLD comes in second after $SLNH (in regards to risk/reward). $CIFR is right in the middle. Just depends on whether you want the safest option or the largest potential return, or somewhere in between. Hard to go wrong with any of those.

Dropped ~7% AH on the raise, as mentioned in yesterday's post. > $GOOGL beat on pretty much everything. Revenue $109.9B vs $107B expected. Google Cloud backlog nearly doubled quarter over quarter. Raised capex to $180-190B. Up 7% AH. > $MSFT guided $190B capex for 2026. Azure and Copilot monetization finally showing up in numbers. > $AMZN confirmed $200B. What a day. - Space stocks took a hit today. > Except $RKLB 5%. Not surprised due to BO fail. - Great recovery by $ASTS -15% to -5%. - $IREN & $NBIS +1%. Pretty much flat. - $SLNH killed it +23% & +5% after hours. - $OUST officially current retail favourite +11%. - $ONDS stock finally started to move +7%. - $HIMS back to $30. It's true that no one except very few people wanted the stock at $15 and now everyone wants it at $30. 😅 Overall, great day.

As mentioned before, it'd be unwise to bet against HPC & AI data center infrastructure focused companies, like $IREN & $CIFR. Power demand will only increase. Riding the momentum & similar fundamentals, $SLNH seems like a solid asymmetric opportunity if you're able to get an entry in the $1-2 range. Started a position of 440,000 shares earlier. Will update if/when I purchase more upon more BD confirmations.
