$NBIS was just 5% away from $300 only a few weeks ago. Now it's closer to $100 than $300. $OUST and $IREN are both around $33, down from around $60 in less than a month. $SPCX is now trading below its IPO price. I'm not surprised. I think it has further to fall. Both $ASTS and $RKLB are down more than 50%. $ONDS is also down 50% in just over a month. Retail's favourite growth stocks have been absolutely battered over the past month. But this is the price of owning stocks capable of delivering extraordinary returns. Take $NBIS as an example. Just few weeks ago it was up more than 200% YTD. After the recent sell-off, it's still up around 90% YTD. A brutal correction, yes, but only because it had already produced exceptional gains. You can't expect 100% or 200% upside without also accepting periods of extreme volatility.

Something I need to get better at is managing risk + having an appropriate cost basis I’m not perfect and I’m very much still learning, it’s a process, and a beautiful game that I’ll eventually master But I believe that having a good cost basis, understanding the company/risks associated with them, and having conviction/being able to manage your emotions…will set you apart from the rest I’ll be honest with you guys I’m red on my $IREN position. I’m not bothered, the only thing I wish I had done differently was manage risk when I knew their would be future taildwinds (macro) That’s all from me! Trump came to save the day. $IREN, $NBIS, $CIFR, $NUAI Politics aside, Trump is right here. Data centers are current economic engines. They bring billions of dollars of investment into a state, create thousands of construction jobs, hundreds of permanent high-paying jobs, generate long-term tax revenue, and attract other businesses to the area. AI companies will build where they can secure power, land, and permits the fastest. If one state makes it difficult to build, that investment simply moves somewhere else.

Just a shower thought... If you look at the actual numbers of AI agents, 79% of companies have adopted them, but only 11% have them running in production. That gap isn't AI failing. It's that a human still has to manually check the work, and humans don't scale like that. So all the compute demand we're already seeing is coming from companies in testing phase. The real wave hasn't even started. This whole AI supercycle is far from topping. From $NVDA / $AMD / $MU (and more), all the way to neoclouds, like $NBIS / $IREN / $CIFR / $WYFI (and more), everything will benefit.

That's how $NBIS goes to $1,000 This is probably the biggest announcement and most important strategic decisions in the company's history. It will take time until the market understands how huge this is. Let me try to explain how massive this is: - Nebius can now add capacity 10x faster - without ANY dilution - or capex - or risk - with ultra high margins - globally - in parallel - while simultaneously making their offering better for customers This sounds too good to be true, what's the "trick"? Nebius has the best team and expertise in the AI Cloud game. This is their way of leveraging that and their NVDIA relationship (and NVDIA owns the supply chain, no matter what anyone says...). The one ugly side of their business has always been the high capex. I believe the capex is super worth it and will deliver very high ROIC. But this is them creating an alternative world in which they completely crush it WITHOUT a ton of capex and dilution. There are probably millions of entrepreneurs globally who have good connections to local governments, access to money and want to participate in the AI buildout. But they lack the expertise to deliver the product quality of Nebius and will never match it. All the ex Bitcoin miners like $IREN are in this camp. They are now facing the option to combine their strengths and the best of both worlds.

$IREN remains one of the most undervalued AI data center company on Wall Street. Look at what is happening across the sector. In the UK, around 140 proposed data center projects have requested approximately 50 GW of electricity. That is more than Britain’s current peak electricity demand. Developers are now facing grid connection delays that can stretch for years. In the US, data center projects are being delayed by local opposition, electricity costs, water concerns, permitting issues and environmental reviews. Around $64 billion of proposed developments have already been blocked or delayed. Nebius is facing a lawsuit from residents over its proposed 300 MW data center in Birmingham, Alabama. Nebius has also agreed to pay Bloom Energy up to $2.6 billion for behind-the-meter fuel cells. The first phase will provide 328 MW of power. Why would Nebius commit that much capital? Because getting power faster means bringing compute online faster. Now look at IREN. IREN already has a power and data center pipeline of approximately 5.8 GW across Texas, Oklahoma, Canada and Australia. It has major sites in Childress and Sweetwater in Texas, Kiowa in Oklahoma and several operating locations in British Columbia. It has also secured a transmission connection agreement for an 800 MW campus in South Australia. The project has received public support from the South Australian government and is expected to begin energisation in 2028. This is what the market continues to overlook. IREN has spent years securing sites, power agreements, grid connections and access to transmission infrastructure while many other companies are only now trying to solve those problems. Yet IREN is still valued at $13.75 billion compared with Coreweave at around $43 billion and Nebius at around $51 billion. CoreWeave and Nebius are ahead in cloud services and software. IREN addressed part of that gap through the acquisition of Mirantis, which gives the company a stronger enterprise software layer and a presence in Silicon Valley. IREN now has the power portfolio, the data center pipeline, the financing capability and the software platform needed to sell more than basic infrastructure. Given the value being placed on powered land and available compute, I am genuinely surprised a hyperscaler has not already tried to acquire the company. Maybe they have and IREN rejected it. The largest technology companies are spending billions to secure the exact assets IREN already controls. I believe the market is valuing IREN based largely on current revenue. I am looking at what nearly 6 GW of power capacity could generate once more of that pipeline is energized and converted into AI compute. I am very much looking forward to Horizon 1 delivery in the coming weeks.

$NBIS announced a new multi-year agreement with Reflection. Reflection AI is a startup founded by former Google DeepMind researchers that develops its own AI models. Chernin broke down the demand curve in his interview at RAISE last week. He spoke about 70% of the market being driven by Hyperscalers and that he needed to find ways to attract the other 30%. This is a perfect example of capturing that remaining 30%. He mentioned two different types of companies he was targeting: companies like Reflection via layer 2 (cloud), and smaller companies via layer 3 (tokens). Reflection doesn't need Nebius's top-layer application infrastructure; they need raw, high-performance compute access to build their own architecture. In my opinion, these are the deals companies like $IREN are targeting as well. Big positive for Nebius that they secured another win here.

$CLSK just became an official HPC company, not a speculative one. 20-year infrastructure deal signed today with a high-investment-grade global tech company. Very happy to see this. Since last year, $CLSK was priced as "miner that might pivot to HPC." Solid tailwind for the whole sector. Expecting $NBIS, $IREN, $CIFR, $WULF, $WGMI ETF, and more to benefit. $IREN isn't being sold because Wall Street can't tell the difference between a bitcoin miner and an AI company anymore. Wall Street has that part right. It's being sold at a price that still assumes the power underneath that transition isn't worth much yet, when the actual scarce asset in this entire industry is exactly what $IREN has spent three years quietly accumulating. $IREN signed a $9.7 billion Microsoft contract in November and a $3.4 billion Nvidia contract in May, rode both to a record high, and has given almost most of that gain back since. $META says it might sell its own excess AI compute. JPMorgan names $IREN a top short. The co-CEOs collect a $700 million stock grant the same week and get torched for it publicly. Case closed, sell the story, move to the next one. What that selloff misses isn't the direction of the business. It's what the business is actually built on. Look at what's happening inside $IREN own numbers right now: bitcoin mining revenue is falling quarter over quarter, because management is decommissioning that hardware on purpose, on schedule, specifically to free up the power and the floor space for GPU installs. This was never two separate businesses sitting side by side, one legacy and one new. It's one power base being converted, site by site, from mining rigs to GPU racks. Wall Street is right to price the AI Cloud ramp. What it's mispricing is the thing that ramp actually depends on. That thing is POWER. Not chips, not customer logos. $IREN now sits on roughly 5 gigawatts of secured, grid-connected capacity spread across Texas, British Columbia, Spain, and South Australia. Every megawatt of that took YEARS to assemble: transmission studies, interconnection queues, land, utility agreements. Daniel Roberts has said the same thing in almost EVERY update for the past year, that the real constraint on this entire industry isn't demand for compute, it's how fast anyone can actually deliver a powered data center to plug the GPUs into. That's the asset the $9.7 billion Microsoft number and the $3.4 billion Nvidia number are built on top of. It's also the asset that neither Meta's announcement nor JPMorgan's short call touches at all. That's the actual mispricing. $IREN closed Friday at $40.84, a level that behaves like a stock whose growth story just got cut off at the knees. But nothing that happened this month reduced the size of the power bank. $META is a plan to sell GPU cycles once they're running. JPMorgan's short thesis is about what a provider can charge for GPU rental once capacity hits the market. Both are arguments about the price of output on capacity that isn't even built yet. Neither one is an argument that $IREN secured megawatts are worth less than they were on June 30. That distinction is easy to lose because it doesn't feel like missing a fact, it feels like reading the news correctly. If you believe GPU rental pricing is under pressure, you're not wrong. You're just answering a question about future capacity while pricing an asset that's actually about secured capacity. Those are different things, and the market has spent two weeks treating them as the same thing. Widen the lens and it gets clearer, not muddier. SoftBank confirmed its own neocloud entry within a day of the Meta report. Bernstein pegs Meta's own global footprint at 20 gigawatts already, with 14 more coming. That's real, and it's the legitimate part of the pricing-pressure story. But notice what none of these new entrants can do on any timeline that matters this year: conjure five years of grid interconnection work and land banking with a press release. Power procurement is not a switch you flip because a competitor announces a plan that's still, by its own reporting, in development. It's the one part of this story that hasn't actually moved, and it's the part $IREN has been building since before ANYONE was calling this a neocloud trade at all. -BP Not financial advice.

This is what my portfolio looks like. For a long time, it did absolutely nothing. That's something I want every new investor to understand because most people only see the end result. They see a portfolio that's up hundreds of percent, but they don't see the months, or even years, where nothing seemed to happen. At the start of 2025, all of my money was in just two companies: $HIMS and $IREN. I bought Hims in 2023 and IREN in 2024 with one goal in mind. I wasn't looking for a quick 20% or 30%. I was looking for businesses that I believed could return 10x over the next 5 to 10 years. That meant accepting long periods where my portfolio looked dead. I bought IREN around the middle of 2024. A few months later it traded around $15, then eventually fell back to around $5 (April 2025). I spent almost a year sitting on a position that was either flat or red. I didn't sell. I bought more because my thesis hadn't changed. The market had changed. The business hadn't. The same thing happened with Hims & Hers. There were plenty of opportunities to chase whatever stock was up 100% that year, but I stayed with the companies I understood. Eventually the market caught up. Hims went from around $6 to over $60. My first IREN shares also went from roughly $6 to around $60. By the end of 2025, my portfolio had gained more than 400% for the year. Warren Buffett has said Berkshire Hathaway fell roughly 50% three different times after he took control. His point was simple. Did the business suddenly become worth half as much? No. The stock price fell. The business kept growing. If you weren't using borrowed money and your thesis is still intact, then there's no reason to panic. That's how I try to think about investing. Today everyone is focused on IREN's share price, the Warriors sponsorship (in a grand scheme of things, $50m deal is nothing), the executive compensation package and the lack of new AI deals. Some of those criticisms are fair. For example, I am not a fan of the compensation package. But none of that changes the reason I invested. It doesn't stop the company building data centres. It doesn't stop them securing more power. It doesn't stop them expanding toward almost 6 GW of secured power. It doesn't stop cloud capacity from coming online. I believe management is trying to maximise the value of long-term AI contracts rather than rushing to sign deals with weaker economics. We'll find out over the next couple of years whether that decision was right or wrong. The same applies to the founders' compensation. I don't agree with how generous it is, but the structure also tells me they're thinking about where this business could be in 2030 and beyond, not where the share price is next month. As long-term investors, that's the timeframe we should be thinking about too. Maybe my portfolio doesn't do much this year. Maybe it spends another year moving sideways. I've seen that before. Sometimes your portfolio can look boring for months or years, then one or two investments completely change everything. That's why I focus on the businesses, not the day-to-day share price. Over the long run, the value of the business is what matters. The market eventually catches up.

$IREN - What I’ve taken from the shareholder letter is that the Board believes the key to IREN’s success over the next few years is keeping the founders with the company for the long term. I disagree with the size of the package. I don’t think you need to offer something this aggressive for them to stay. I also doubt they would even consider leaving now when IREN is just entering its inflection point. But as an investor, you need to decide whether you are looking at this company short term or long term. For me, the biggest takeaway is that the founders and the Board are now thinking about what IREN could become by 2030 and beyond. If you are invested in this company, you probably need to think the same way.

Let me dive a bit deeper in what I think is the difference in business model between $NBIS and $IREN. I've seen a couple of panels, quick fire chats, and keynotes from both companies and they are emphasizing different kind of things. I write this with a neutral stance where I see positives and negatives in both models. The first thing I want to emphasize is that the demand is real. During the conference there was never a question on whether the demand is real and/or sustainable. The main question was how to get the best ROI out of AI. Which business model and pricing model works best and where do companies find gaps in the market. A second thing is that I look at the bigger picture, I don't go into the details/calculation of any deals. I'm just connecting the dots. The Layers To understand the difference in business model, you have to be aware of the three layers both companies speak about. 1. The hardware: The first layer is the hardware layer. Basically the GPU's. I'm sure a lot can be said and done on this layer and there are differences between both but I don't see a major difference in business model between the two companies here. Let's just assume they both have access to hardware. 2. The cloud: This is the core of both Iren and Nbis. Both are selling cloud solutions. This basically means that companies can rent the GPU perfomances per hour. The big difference with Hyperscalers like AWS and CGP is that Iren and Nebius have way more access to power and compute. The goal for this power should be to train models on that raw power. It is not possible on the older datacenters of AWS and CGP because they don't have the compute to possibly do this. The compute they have available is meant to store HR/IT/Sales platforms on for enterprises. 3. The application: The application layer is what you build on top of the cloud layer. It's for enterprises who don't want to manage raw severs. You can immedatly design and install the nessecary applications. The space is very crowded here, you compete directly to competitors like Anthropic and SiliconFlow. The Hyperscalers To my understanding, up to 70% of the demand comes from Hyperscalers who are looking to buy raw compute for the Cloud. They got their own software to build on top of the cloud and they just need the compute to train their models on. In this sence both business models do not differentiate much from each other. What I did notice is that $IREN is a bit more focussed on protecting the bottom line, while $NBIS of focused on getting sold-out and getting deals done. The demand from Hyperscalers is big and they are coming to Iren and Nebius to find deals. But there are some other players in the field, Hyperscalers are actively looking for the best deals. I sometimes see new deals around with new datacenter companies I never heard about. When experts do the calculations, it looks like the gross profit of those deals aren't specatacular. Hyperscalers know this and they will use this to their advantage. Iren being this protective will defend their bottom line a lot but will automatically make you miss out on some potential deals. But the demand is only rising and the available power is shrinking, so patience might be the best deal here. The enterprises The big difference on the business models is how they are looking to approach the other 30% of the market. IREN $IREN is solely focusing on the second layer: "cloud for everyone". Ken spoke about: "Wanting to become a Hyperscaler". The deal with Mirantis is another clear statement that they want to be focussed on this segment. The thing here is that you narrow yourself a bit down to AI labs who are looking to train open source models on the cloud of $IREN. Companies like Blackbox AI, Cline, Mistral all fit this category, they are all looking for compute to train their open source models on. Mirantis helps smaller open source companies to build cloud software on top of IREN's infastructure and power. So the cloud is basically the raw compute you buy in GPU per running hour. Mirantis helps to build a software on top of this cloud. Some premium customers from Mirantis are $ADBE and $PYPL, who don't nessecary buy cloud from $IREN. I think outside the Hyperscalers, the open-source companies are the main ones $IREN is looking for but Ken talking about wanting to become a Hyperscaler and wanting to have cloud for everyone, does not really fit this picture. Hosting HR/IT/Sales platforms on your cloud has a way lower ROI than hosting training models. The raw power and compute Iren has, is an overfit for this business model. It also does not really fit the picture of protecting your bottom line, as you are going for lower ROI sales. I think becoming a Hyperscaler might be a long-term dream but the main focus right now is on the open source models. Nebius $NBIS solves this enterprise problem in a different way: tokens. They opened the Nebius token factory where you and I can start interacting with models directly via a simple API. The positive here is that you can target enterprises from all levels and even individuals. Some examples from token customers here are Revolut, $BKNG, and $SHOP. According to Rod Evans of Nvidia the ROI of selling tokens vs selling cloud is 2x higher. So big customers who have their own infastructure do not want to buy tokens but cloud directly. The smaller customers can buy tokens directly. The positive here is that you create a tailor made solution for every customer. They don't want to buy raw power, they only want to buy what they need. The customer also does not has the hustle of builing and managing raw servers. As I said before, the space here is extremely crowded. Anthropic and Siliconflow are some examples. Conclusion For all investors who follow both companies a lot, this was probably already clear. But for me this brought me some more insights in both companies. It has been said a couple of times during the conference, it is also a business model evolution. From SK Hynix to Nvidia to Cybersecurity companies. Whoever executes best on business model, will win. Demand is real, growth will come, the right business models will stay.

Neoclouds (and $WGMI ETF) opening slightly red... completely reasonable and healthy after such a hot couple of days. (Wouldn't be surprised if we flip green by EOD. $META soaring, and them breaking ground on a $9B data center this week is extremely bullish for the whole thesis.) After a pretty sharp reversal off the bottom, momentary red is normal, even in a hot theme. Higher highs and higher lows, that’s what matters. Doesn’t matter if it’s my favorite pick ( $WYFI ), or other picks like $NBIS, $IREN, $WULF, or $CIFR, the thesis hasn’t changed. Once you see red as entry opportunities and discounts, you’ll become a much better trader.
