This week's Biotech Scorecard: In pancreatic cancer, Patrick Soon-Shiong makes promises he has not kept. Pancreatic cancer is an instructive and presently relevant example of the wide gap that exists between what @DrPatrick and $IBRX claim their cancer drugs can achieve, and what they actually do, based on real clinical evidence. In 2020, PSS was touting the complete eradication of tumors in a patient with pancreatic cancer. Six years later, he and this company still have not produced clinical data to back up the claims. $IBRX - the easiest long-term hold. Worth spending some time learning about this company. Most biotech companies are pre-revenue, highly speculative, and years away from proving whether their technology works commercially. IBRX already has an FDA-approved product, ANKTIVA, for certain forms of bladder cancer and is generating revenue today. What I find more interesting is that management does not view ANKTIVA as a single-product opportunity. The company is running programs across multiple cancer types including lung cancer, glioblastoma, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer and others. Success is far from guaranteed, but the valuation today is largely driven by bladder cancer while much of the pipeline remains unproven and therefore difficult for the market to price. The international expansion is also worth paying attention to. Saudi Arabia approved ANKTIVA for both bladder cancer and non-small cell lung cancer, making it the first country to grant a lung cancer approval for the therapy. IBRX has been building partnerships and infrastructure across the region as part of a broader international rollout. Founder, Patrick Soon-Shiong is another reason many investors follow the company closely. He previously developed Abraxane and has spent decades working in oncology. Regardless of whether every prediction plays out, few biotech founders have his experience bringing cancer therapies from development to commercialization. The main risk remains the same as every biotech company. Future value creation depends on clinical data. If ANKTIVA remains primarily a bladder cancer treatment, upside may be more limited. If the company can successfully expand into larger oncology indications, the opportunity becomes significantly larger than what exists today. + Cancer > A trillion dollar market. That's why it's the easiest long-term hold.

$IBRX -- The FDA accepted the sBLA to expand Anktiva to include the treatment of MNBIC papillary. The PDUFA date is Jan. 6, 2027. Standard review. A positive development for ImmunityBio, but like all things, details matter. Approval is not a given. In fact, the FDA reiterated its "concerns relating to single-arm trials in papillary disease alone..." ImmunityBio acknowledged. I'd love to read the entire FDA letter, and not just the company's curated excerpt. If ImmunityBio wins approval to expand Anktiva's use based on single-arm study data, the agency will establish a new approval standard that can, and likely will, be used by other companies to seek the same. The same competitive risks that are impacting ImmunityBio and Anktiva in bladder cancer today will remain because $JNJ, for instance, can accelerate expanded approval of Inlexzo.

Also, if cis and papillary are the same disease, then all currently approved treatments for cis should receive approval for papillary. This is not the Anktiva advantage @DrPatrick suggests.

I have the impression that FDA will move fast on BLA application for BCG Tokyo since all members on panel informed FDA about BCG shortage and their problems… all the information from the panel should be favorable to Immunitybio BCG Tokyo strain application… This will solve: 1. BCG shortage in the USA 2. Therefore increasing the usage of IL15 3.Immunitybio’s revenue will increase and therefore its stock price This workshop is wonderful for the pending sBLA application for papillary. The bar has not shifted or moved. Your favorite company simply doesn't do the work.

For the umpteenth time, these posters have zero relevance to Anktiva unless, or until, $IBRX conducts/completes randomized clinical trials that demonstrate the drug improves outcomes for cancer patients w/ lymphopenia. @LoriMills4CA42 and the rest of you can idolize @DrPatrick and complain endlessly on X about how the FDA won't approve Anktiva for all cancers. This is a portfolio built with very small capital. It is spread across 6+ broad sectors: · Space/Defense: $RKLB, $ASTS, $OSS, $ONDS · Fintech/Insurance: $SOFI, $OSCR · AI infrastructure: $IREN · Nuclear: $SMR · Bio/Healthcare: $IBRX, $HIMS · Rare earths and commodities: $UAMY, $SILVF · Others: $INV, $INFQ, $ZETA I rarely do portfolio reviews, but given how many people have asked and how similar the portfolios have been, made me think this was worth sharing. These portfolios tend to have a lot in common: · Low starting capital · High growth, high volatility names · Exposure across five or more sectors My answer is usually the same. Without knowing personal circumstances, I believe this is a weak portfolio set up. 1. The first issue is how the positions interact with each other. If you concentrate within a smaller number of sectors, your positions are more likely to move together when that theme works. That is how you generate meaningful upside with limited capital. You are aligning your bets. (You must learn when to take profit to avoid giving out the gains). When you spread across six or seven unrelated sectors, you introduce internal conflict. One group of stocks can be working while another is dragging. That rotation can continue for months. The result is a portfolio that simply goes nowhere. 2. The second issue is position sizing relative to capital. With small capital, each position ends up being too small to matter. Even if one of these names performs well, it will not move the overall portfolio in a meaningful way. At the same time, the downside is still very real because some of these are very volatile, early-stage companies. So you take full volatility without capturing the upside. 3. The third issue is stock selection. Most of these names are widely discussed across platforms like X and Reddit. That usually means two things. First, expectations are already high. Second, you are constantly exposed to other people’s results. That creates a feedback loop. You see someone else outperforming in a different name, you question your own position, and you are tempted to rotate. Over time, this leads to inconsistent decision making and weak conviction. 4. For a beginner investor, this is where most mistakes happen. Not in picking a bad company, but in constantly switching between ideas without letting any thesis play out. If I were to simplify this, the core problem is lack of focus. With small capital, you do not need more stock ideas. You need better alignment between your capital, your conviction, and your time horizon. A more effective approach is: · Focus on two to three themes you understand well. · Build real conviction in a small number of names. · Size those positions so that being right actually impacts your portfolio in a meaningful way. · Accept volatility as part of the process. · Keep up to date with earnings and company related-news. · These are high risk stocks, you don't want to be holding a dead stock. · Never marry a stock, know what you hold and never ignore the bear argument. Everyone’s goal is to own companies before they’re obvious. That’s a different way of investing. When your portfolio is small, it’s easier to do this. You can buy names that nobody is really paying attention to yet. I was buying $HIMS at $6, $IREN at $6, and $ONDS at $1.80. It’s much easier to buy and hold when you’re running a small portfolio. Then your portfolio grows. Now the numbers feel different. When a stock drops 10–20%, you are watching a real amount of money fall. It can be months of your income. That changes how you think, even if your strategy stays the same. This is where a lot of people shift into large caps because they feel easier to hold due to lower volatility. But if you look at history, the biggest winners of one period are rarely the biggest winners of the next. It’s not because those companies stop being great. It’s because a lot of the upside has already happened. Owning Microsoft or Oracle today is very different from owning them early. The businesses can still perform, but the returns are not the same. So the question becomes how you keep finding that early-stage upside as your capital grows. You adjust. You don’t have to go all the way down to the smallest companies, but you also don’t want to sit only in what’s already worked. You start looking for companies that are still early, still building, but beginning to show real traction. The next group of leaders won’t look like the current ones. It never does. There will be a new set of names that come through, tied to where the world is going next. In recent decades, we’ve had FAANG and now MAG7. What’s next? It could be something like $RKLB or $ASTS. It could be companies like HIMS continuing to scale and becoming the Netflix/Costco of healthcare, or something earlier that people aren’t really focused on yet, like $IBRX or $OUST. That’s the part of the market I want to spend time in.

Once substantial established recurring revenue begins, that daily short ratio will fall dramatically. Right now, there is no shortage of traders/institutions who only look at the present and ignore any of the catalysts regularly spoken of in this room or PSS. The typical shorter only cares about debt, current revenue (113 mil), lawsuits, and only one approval in the U.S. - There is literally nothing else they care about except what is in front of them in this moment, so they keep shorting. That such an effective therapy has been held back in America while it flourishes overseas is restricting American’s freedom and rights. The more I rewatch that Sean Spicer interview, the more ridiculous that warning letter seems. They are pissed because he calls out the FDA multiple times for lack of action and when he talks about Lung cancer, he speaks of it being used and APPROVED in Saudi, or the success in TRIALS. The most obvious bureaucratic hit job on the planet. PSS says multiple times that it's only approved for "CIS or CIS/Papillary", but once he just says "bladder cancer" without saying "CIS or CIS/Papillary" after it's been made clear several times. These assholes sat down in a room and dissected every word he said in isolation then crafted their fucking hit piece. Just wow. Imagine being PSS having to deal with these low IQ BP assholes. Fatigue.

The NCCN agreed with the Drug working to save lives and then the FDA decides they need to stop this from making them look bad. Too Late. FDA approved Covid Vaccines that harm so many permanently. Clearly PSS is a cheerleader for our Company but he is a Doctor and many on FDA are not nearly as qualified. So now he must apologize for telling the truth. So sad

So FDA issued a warning letter to $IBRX CEO Richard Adcock over misleading promotional materials for ANKTIV. Stock currently down 20.01%. This is a great opportunity for long-term investor. The violations centered on two pieces of content: a direct-to-consumer TV ad and a podcast titled "Is the FDA BLOCKING Life Saving Cancer Treatments?" featuring Executive Chairman Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, which aired on The Sean Spicer Show in January 2026. ImmunityBio was given 15 working days to respond, cease the offending promotions, and submit a corrective communications plan. Failure to comply could result in seizure or injunction.
