Just very helpful timelines reiterated around glass substrate (source: Trendforce): - SKC Absolics (011790) H2 2026 (first mover x $AMAT) - $AMD customers - Samsung electromechanics h2 2027 (009150) x Sumitomo Chem (4005) - Apple / $AVGO / hyperscalers Idk about $INTC 2030 reports, we’ll see. $TSM CoPoS was 2-3Y was correct though from recent TSM chairman comments. Innolux was interesting beneficiary. $SHMD should be too off TSM but financials were pretty toxic. Same players should appear multiple times, eg innolux + SKC. Also applies to $LPK and upstream equipment seller around these ramps.

Yesterday was pretty great! Strong moves for all my positions $HIMS $LPF / $LPFK $OUST $SHMD and finally a juicy dip in $NBIS below 8ema which allowed me to add it back! Overall market looks completely overvalued to me. Generally I think now is a very bad time for FOMO and leverage. This is also why I decided to sell both $NVTS and $VICR at just a net 10% gain. I see all the smart people saying power semis are next and I believe it. But after I updated my macro analysis I immediately decided that it's one of the worst times to hold such overvalued names. Obviously they can always go much higher. I sold $OKLO between $120-$140 and then it ran to $180 before crashing. Right now I do think well see many such names crash if we get any narrative violation in earnings. If certain metrics I'm tracking hit my risk bar, I will seriously consider going 100% cash for a while. Have only done that once (tariff escalation). Will share that here transparently, even if I know going cash will be a super hated move.

Now I finally understand why @aleabitoreddit @JKeynesAlpha @genZinvest0r and many others love these names! Finally had time to do proper research and DAMN, the upside is real and does seem incredibly asymmetrical. Sorry for the buzzword, but it's accurate. But first: you can verify EVERYTHING I'm writing below with Gemini (don't use other AIs as they suck at browsing and only using recent and complete data)! Except the 10x claim, that is obviously my speculative interpretation, not an objective fact. Here's why I think they can 10x: The $INTC x $SHMD Smoking Guns (95% Certainty Intel is the client): 1️⃣ In March, Schmid shipped their InfinityLine H+ to a "U.S. giant." Intel is the only company on Earth using that massive 700mm panel format for Glass Substrates! 2️⃣ Timeline: Delivery in March → Intel reports "ahead of schedule" yield in April. Adds up perfectly. Coincidence? 3️⃣ Tech: $SHMD owns the "touchless" wet-process tech Intel needs to keep glass from cracking. The $LPKF Smoking Guns (95% Certainty): 1️⃣ Monopoly: CEO confirmed an 80% win rate with "global majors." 2️⃣ You can’t use Schmid’s etcher without LPKF’s LIDE laser. I am long $LPK / $LPKF / $LPK.DE Not a fan of many names that get too much hype, as I often struggle to see any material substance compared to the hype, but I totally see the potential for LPK and $SHMD ! The reason why I took a look at this stock is because the people posting about it are smart and I've seen them make many great calls. You can love or hate @aleabitoreddit but you can't deny performance. If you believe in performance above else, he's the undisputed King of FinX. Seeing that @genZinvest0r and @JKeynesAlpha took positions prior was a strong motivation to take this stock seriously and do DD. That allows me keep some mental sanity with the moves these stocks see daily. Both small 1-5% positions. Both horribly volatile. But when you see 10x potential, you have to allocate a little bit and just let them run.

People nonstop ask me about $LPKK / $LPK for my opinion Yes, I mentioned they're like a chokepoint for glass core substrates for LIDE (laser induced deep etching) way back when. Biggest known partner is $ONTO (LIDE with Onto metrology for glass core mass production). Then as for market share: "more than 80% of customers among major global players have selected LPKF equipment" for process validation. So that probably includes: - Samsung Electronics/Electro-Mechanics - $INTC (Receives a Major Order from a Leading Chip Manufacturer... installed a first LIDE system at the beginning of 2020... now ordered further LIDE systems to start volume production) - SKC (Absolics) - $GLW, AGC, Schott. - Nippon electric glass. Of course this is evaluation, so that 80% could be lower in actual ramp. As for some personal FWD P/E calculations: - 2027: ~11-12.5x and ~7.8x for 2028, which looks very compelling. - Total Cash: ~€10.0M, debt was around ~€3.0M. debt to equity: ~3.8% So very clean-asset light balance sheet, no dilution overhang like $SHMD. ~$362m MC, conclusion: great upside long imo, hard to see institutions not buying this name down the road. Even if the 80% of players managed to design another way, even a fraction would probably be very material to the MC. It was probably a bit early few months ago, but glass core roadmaps have been speeding up like CPO. Disclosure: I do have positions. This are just my thoughts. People on X did their homework.

This blocks many of my trades. 3. I also can't do Nanocaps like $SHMD on AP. Up 10% after entry today. I need to find a solution for this.

@soup19152116 I think a lot of people on X got $SHMD right in terms of their critical role for glass substrates/etc. But it doesn't mean it's a great stock due to financials and I'm personally avoiding it (could be wrong though). There's 46.6 million new shares tied to warrants, convertible notes, and an earlier €10M loan. It also permits the resale of up to 95 million shares. I don't think their minor revenues now will outpace dilution. Maybe later in 2028

Pretty crazy day 🤯 $SHMD up 35% $NBIS up 12% Korean bleeding hopefully over, fingers crossed. $OUST a little disappointing, gave back a lot of the earnings gains. $KRKNF dumped 5%, probably because market doesn't like dilution. As mentioned in the post yesterday, I did buy the dip (adding receipt so people don't freak tf out, even though I don't really see the point as anyone could fake screenshots easily nowadays, but fine...). Having Kraken in my portfolio just makes me feel great right now, as I believe independent of what happens next, the world just woke up to the fact that Maritime defense is getting incnreasingly important. I'm heavy AI infra and a China Taiwan conflict is still very scary to me. I do believe Anduril will invest aggressively in Kraken products to prepare for this scenario. And if it should happen, I think Kraken could react to the scenario like Rheinmetall stock reacted to the Russia Ukraine conflict. Just thinking out loud.

I put $COPX up there as Copper. $UAMY is an amazing long for antimony one of the only US players. $245m sole source contract is huge too for stockpiles.

@meeijer Thanks! There's a lot I'm missing but still doing a lot of research into them. $SKC/Absolics (~$2.5B MC) was interesting for $NVDA, $AVGO / $MVRL CPO play as the first-to-market with US Government heavily involved, $SHMD (~$250m) was also pretty interesting too since $AVGO was a likely customer and they're probably on $INTC, Samsung roadmaps. But generally market presents a ton of interesting opportunities.

@reticulosaurus @retail_mourinho I’m still researching $SHMD but generally if you have $AVGO as a customer and your marketcap is $300m then there’s quite a lot of upside. Don’t have any concrete directional opinions yet, I’m still looking into it

@LucasFdez87 @pennycheck $SHMD reminds me of $ASML for the Fab cycle, but there's going to be one for glass substrates. Apparently they provide 70% of the equipment for substrate production, and are likely part of Intel, Samsung, and other roadmaps. Very interesting, I need to look into it
