$CRDO Is genuinely growing at a insane rate. They did $193 million in revenue in fiscal 2024. $437 million in 2025. $1.34 billion in 2026. And just guided fiscal 2027 to over 80% growth, roughly $2.4 billion. That is a company 12x-ing in four years. The numbers get crazier the closer you look. Revenue tripled last year. Net income jumped over 800%. Gross margins sit at 68% and operating margins near 50%, software-like economics on a hardware company, with $1.4 billion in cash and no debt behind it. And the growth is not one product getting lucky. The core is their active electrical cables, the copper connections that own most of the AEC market, a market going from $68 million in 2023 to over $4 billion by 2028. Then optical stacks on top as the second engine, guided to contribute more than $600 million next year alone. Copper today, optics tomorrow, both ramping at once. Tripling revenue, 50% operating margins, and guiding 80% growth off a $1.34 billion base. There are maybe a handful of companies on earth putting up numbers like this, and $CRDO sits in the one spot every AI cluster has to pass through.

The whole market is obsessed with timing the photonics transition. The smartest way to play it is to own the company that wins whether it happens early or late. That is $CRDO. $CRDO core business is copper, not optics. Their active electrical cables own up to 88% of the AEC market and are the standard for connecting AI servers inside the rack. So when co packaged optics slips, and it just got pushed to 2028, copper stays dominant longer. The delay everyone fears actually extends Credo’s best business. And they built optics in-house anyway, so they win that transition too whenever it finally comes. That is the asymmetry. If photonics is early, $CRDO is ready with its optical stack. If photonics is late, Credo’s copper monopoly runs even longer. Heads they win, tails they win. While everyone else is betting on when the shift happens, $CRDO gets paid either way.

If I had to bet on one sector go give me insane returns from here, it is photonics. Not close. Every AI cluster is useless if it cannot move data between GPUs fast enough. Compute gets the headlines but connectivity is the real bottleneck. The optical market triples to $36 billion this decade and every generation from 800G to 1.6T to 3.2T brings a brand new upgrade cycle. $AAOI and $CRDO are my favorite.

$CRDO keeps selling off and I think it is one of the most misunderstood reactions in the market right now. Look at what this company actually proved and why the path from here is bigger than people realize. What they just delivered: Full year revenue: $1.34 billion. Up 205%. Full year net income: $472 million. Up over 800%. Q4 revenue: $437 million. Up 157% year over year. Gross margin: 68%. Operating margin: 49.6%. Cash on hand: $1.4 billion. Those are software margins on hardware that sits inside the backbone of every AI cluster on earth. What they guided for next: Fiscal 2027 revenue growth: over 80%. Optical products alone: more than $600 million. That is acceleration on top of a year where revenue already tripled. What the analysts did: Roth raised target to $300. Jefferies raised to $270. 18 analysts. Strong Buy. Zero sells. So what did Credo actually prove? That AI connectivity demand is real, durable, and accelerating. That they can scale revenue triple digits while expanding margins. That the optical ramp is just beginning. And that they can do all of it profitably with a fortress balance sheet. Now the path to $100 billion: Today: $43 billion market cap. Credo makes the high speed copper and optical interconnects that connect AI clusters at up to 1.6T. As clusters scale from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of GPUs the connectivity dollars per cluster explode. The optical TAM alone is heading toward $154 billion by 2028. $CRDO just tripled its revenue in a single year and the stock fell 12% on the report. The selloff is one of the craziest reactions I have seen imo. Look at what they actually did. Q4 revenue of $437 million. Up 157% year over year. Full year revenue more than tripled to $1.3 billion. Non-GAAP net income for the year jumped more than five times to $662 million. EPS of $1.16 beat estimates of $1.02. And they did all of it at a 68% gross margin and a 49.6% operating margin. Those are software margins on hardware that sits inside the backbone of every AI cluster being built. And the guidance was even better. Fiscal 2027 revenue is guided to over 80% growth with optical products alone contributing more than $600 million. They have $1.4 billion in cash. They are wildly profitable. They are growing faster than almost any semiconductor company in the market. So why did it drop 12%? Because the stock had tripled into the print and the bar was set at perfection. The P/E was near 130. When a stock runs that hard expectations get detached from reality and any report short of flawless gets sold regardless of how good it actually is. This is an expectations reset, not a fundamental problem. Nothing in this report says slow down. Everything says accelerate. And the analysts agree. After the print Jefferies raised their target to $270. Roth Capital raised to $300. The consensus is a Strong Buy. The people who actually model this business looked at the same report the market panicked on and raised their numbers. Credo makes the high speed copper and optical interconnects that connect AI clusters at up to 1.6T. Every hyperscaler scaling GPU clusters needs exactly what they build and the demand is only accelerating. 157% revenue growth. 68% gross margins. 80% growth guided for next year. $CRDO down 12% after hours on one a great earnings report. The selloff makes no sense to me and I think it gets bought right back up. Look at what they just reported. Q4 revenue of $437 million. Up 157% year over year. Full year revenue more than tripled to $1.3 billion. Non-GAAP net income for the year jumped more than five times to $662 million. GAAP net income of $169 million in the quarter alone. And the margins are absolutely elite. 68.3% non-GAAP gross margin. 49.6% non GAAP operating margin. This is not a low margin hardware company. This is a software like margin profile on hardware that sits inside the most important infrastructure in AI. The balance sheet is a fortress. $1.4 billion in cash and short term investments. Zero concerns about funding growth. And the guidance was strong. Q1 revenue guided to $465 to $475 million. That is sequential growth on top of a quarter that already grew 157% year over year. Gross margins guided to stay around 68%. The acceleration is continuing. So why is it down 12%? Because the stock had run hard into the print and the bar was sky high. When a stock triples and then reports, anything short of perfection gets sold. This is profit taking and expectations reset, not a fundamental problem. Nothing in this report says slow down. Everything says the opposite. Credo makes the high speed copper and optical interconnects that connect AI clusters at up to 1.6T. As every hyperscaler scales GPU clusters the demand for exactly what Credo makes only accelerates. They are vertically integrated, they are profitable, and they are growing 157% year over year. A 12% drop on triple digit growth, expanding margins, and raised guidance is the kind of overreaction that creates an opportunity. The fundamentals could not be stronger. The selloff is noise.

Exactly two weeks ago I told you I was long $CRDO. As of today, it is now up over 65% since then. And today they just announced the acquisition of DustPhotonics for $750M in cash plus shares. The deal pushes combined optical revenue to over $500M in fiscal 2027. This is exactly the kind of move that separates $CRDO from every other name in photonics. They are not waiting for the market to come to them. They are buying the silicon photonics capability that accelerates the entire roadmap and makes them a more complete platform player. $CRDO was already the fastest growing company in the sector. Revenue up 201% year over year. 68% gross margins. Three customers at 88% of revenue all scaling aggressively. Now they are adding a silicon photonics acquisition that lifts optical revenue past $500M in 2027 before the full demand cycle even hits. The people who said this was too expensive at $85 are watching it trade at $142 after hours. Conviction and patience. Every single time.

Every single quarter was a beat. Every single quarter set a new record. EPS last quarter was $1.07 vs $0.89 expected. Q4 FY2026 guidance: $425-435M. FY2027 guidance: 50%+ growth on top of all of this. 68.6% gross margins. 49.6% operating margins. The stock is down 55% from its all time high of $213.
