It has been about two months since $BRR closed the acquisition of @cfosilvia. We have been able to significantly cut compute costs, while turning on revenue for the product. I am encouraged by the current conversion rates for our power users and believe we will only make the product more valuable for them in the future. Thousands of multi-millionaires use the product to accelerate their net worth. Now that we have product-market fit, our focus is shifting to building a sustainable business that delivers enough value that power users are willing to pay us money.

I believe prediction markets are going to become a much larger aspect of financial markets in the coming years. Today these markets are full of young people gambling on stupid things like what words are mentioned at a press conference, what color tie someone wears to an event, or if certain cultural events occur or not.   These types of childish markets will either be regulated away or they will fall in relevance as more traditional finance-related markets become the dominant use case.  The most interesting part of prediction markets for investors is the ability to isolate individual data points in their capital allocation strategy. Rather than having to buy indirect exposure to interest rates, prediction markets allow you to exclusively bet on what the exact interest rate will be at the next Fed meeting. Rather than buying or selling various assets in anticipation of a recession, prediction markets allow you to directly bet on whether a recession happens or not. And prediction markets also allow you to wager capital on individual earnings report data points (ex: Tesla car deliveries) instead of having to buy a company’s stock and take the full exposure to the entire earnings report. An obvious use case for these types of markets would be farmers who are looking to leverage prediction markets as a replacement for their current hedging or insurance strategies. Kalshi, the largest prediction market in the world, recently announced their intention to double down on commodities for these use cases.  Given my belief in prediction markets for investors, and @Kalshi’s agreement in the same theme, I am excited to announce this morning that Kalshi has partnered with ProCap Financial (Nasdaq: $BRR) to launch a dedicated institutional-grade research offering that will exclusively cover prediction markets. So the stock has to more than 3x before any shareholders of Silvia get paid. If BRR shares never trade above $9/share, then ProCap Financial got Silvia for free. So I not only was I right, but I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to explain how much I believe in the long-term value of the company.

@Crowded_Mkt_Rpt There is a legal limit to how much we are allowed to buy back every day given the past trading volume. As trading volume increases in the future, the limit will increase too. You either know that already and are being intellectually dishonest … or you are not as smart as you pretend to be. And I purchased $1 million of $BRR personally, get paid a $1 salary per year, and have to get the stock up more than 500% before I personally get paid shares as CEO. I don’t think anyone questions my skin in the game.

AM I DIVERSIFIED? “Hi Mr. Cramer. This is George from New York. Long time listener, first time caller. I am short $OPEN, $BETR, $ASST, $BTQ and $SRXH. Am I diversified?” “Well George, that’s a pretty impressive list of disasters you got there. You really know how to pick ‘em. Your focus on @ericjackson is spot on, as he traffics in the worst garbage of all. However, prudence would call for a more diversified portfolio of grift. I love the $OPEN story. 6x book and 20x revenues for a house flipper that has NEVER made a profit. Only financial illiterates would value $OPEN as a software company. The shareholder base has no idea what they own - they are about to get an education from Mr. Market. They have yet to realize it,but the $OPEN army is nothing more than a bunch of bag holders. No institution owns the stock. The stock is worth $1.50 THE HOUSE OF PAIN. Next, you need some exposure to the grifting @APompliano . Even though it has further huge downside, lock in your profits in $BETR and initiate a short in $BRR. While the stock has collapsed 70% in the last three weeks, making it the worst SPAC debut in history, the presence of @ericjackson on the board will aid the process of capital incineration at $BRR. There is also the potential kicker of class action lawsuits. ALL ABOARD Next, you need some @saylor exposure. $MSTR should be a core holding as the $BTC chart looks awful and the MNAV is still over 1. Replace $ASST with $MSTR. I see downside to $100. DIVE DIVE Next, you need another large cap holding in order to upgrade the liquidity of your portfolio. $TSLA, the most insanely overvalued mega cap name out there is conspicuously absent from your list. I think 2026 is the year that $TSLA finally blows up. 16x sales, 300x earnings and a $1.6T market cap. This thing looks ripe. The auto business will have down sales for the third consecutive year in 2026 and is only worth $20 per share. Throw in a little for energy and some non existent business and maybe $TSLA is worth $50 on a good day. While I think $BTQ will probably get cut in half from here, cover the $BTQ and replace it with $TSLA. KA-CHING $SRXH. This penny stock is selling for 30 cents? Is that a typo? What is this? Lemme see, $SRXH just announced a reverse merger with @ericjackson. So let me get this straight - a former pet food company merging with a digital asset treasury company? I get it - brilliant synergy! So this is a pure play on shorting @ericjackson directly! HALLELUJAH!!! Also I love the dilution kicker. 70mm shares outstanding with a registration statement for another 170mm shares. The total dilution potential is 98% as there ultimately could be 2.8 BILLION shares outstanding. That makes the equity basically worthless. The ticker symbol will soon change to EMJX, OMG. The verdict is in. 92% say that @APompliano should give up all shares and fees from the $BRR offering. He stands to receive tens of millions of dollars while investors have suffered losses of $500mm. @GhostOfNorm @ericjackson @APompliano Total clown show. $BRR goes up because grifter @ericjackson makes up a $12k price target and claims it will become the $SHOP of mortgage. That volatility they like. Now I speak facts and figures, not narrative, and investors realize @ericjackson bagged them. The price crash could be epic as retail investors bail on a thinly traded stock. Perhaps there will be a class action lawsuit against Eric for securities manipulation. Good think @pomp didn’t just make him a board member of $BRR ;)

$BRR is possibly the worst SPAC debut in history. The stock fell by 65% within a matter of days and investors suffered a $500mm hit. Meanwhile, Professional Capital Management (@APompliano) and Columbus Circle stand to vest a total of 17.8mm shares in 2 years, regardless of share price performance. That would represent $60mm at the current price of $3.50. While this may be legal, is it ethical? Is it equitable? In view of this disastrous transaction and the way investors got screwed, should Professional Capital Management and Columbus Circle forfeit their shares and fees, or only have them vest at $20 @APompliano
