There is less to $BETR than meets the eye - not terribly surprising for what was once SPAC. This article reads HORRIBLY. Stay short. “ I was able to find another instance where Mr. Garg invested $5mm of his own money into the company. This was when the company was still private, but certain emails were made public in an article a few years ago. In this past case there were warehouse considerations and investor pressure so severe that the company was nearing a potential event of default (Mr. Garg’s words, not mine). BETR is now public, and raised over $1B in equity capital since the $5mm investment documented in the above email, but is still in a position where it is in need of cash to support its business plan while managing warehouse constraints.”

@vishalgarg1_0 @leocibean You fail to comprehend the impact that a large increase in the float will have on the share price. One needs to focus on the float, not shares outstanding. The low float was a major factor in the share price rise a few months ago, and will now exacerbate the present decline. Do you not understand this? $BETR

Beware the $BETR balance sheet and the need for ongoing share issuance. The size of the float will massively increase and the stock will fall precipitously as fair value is MUCH lower. Looks like the @CedarStResearch “forgot” to mention this crucial detail.
