The first few days of $BRR’s impossible comeback have been good start. We continue to grow revenue, saw one of the largest user acquisition days in company history, and put the market on notice that things were going to change. Our engineering team has been on fire. They launched a ton of new features and optimizations, including a model router that reduces compute cost and decreases latency. We have a magical new feature that will launch in the coming days. I am excited for everyone to see it. On the business front, we officially have 15% of all monthly active users as paying clients now. This is a big number considering we only turned on monetization 9 weeks ago. The overall revenue numbers are still small, but growing fast week-over-week so I feel good about our direction of travel and the acceleration in the numbers. On marketing, the haters and critics have been made aware that their reign of terror is over. We will not let them run rampant making up nonsense about the company. We control the narrative with facts and results, not the losers screeching on the internet because they have nothing better to do. Additionally, we are cranking out engaging content that documents how we are building the company. This is going to be a team effort, so we will constantly look for ways to keep people informed of the journey as we go. Lastly, we officially landed on an appropriate term for everyone involved in the company: “Silvia misfits” This perfectly describes the people who work at the business and the users who find Silvia valuable. We have a small, but mighty group that is an unlikely pairing, but we are all aligned in our strong belief that Wall Street has ignored the self-directed investor for too long. I’ll take the Silvia misfits over the bureaucrat elitist any day of the week. It is personally fun to build a product that positively impacts so many people. Doing it with a group that is underestimated will make victory even sweeter. Silvia vs The World. I like our chances.

Few big takeaways from the last few days of turning $BRR around: 1. Silvia is a valuable product that is beloved by many users. 2. The market opportunity is gigantic. Millions of self-directed investors are underserved by traditional firms. 3. We have hired a special gang of misfits who are ready to work their asses off to turn this around. 4. We have lots of haters, critics, and skeptics, yet these people have almost never used the product or provide any constructive criticism. 5. We have a unique advantage in social media distribution and the more eyeballs we can drive to Silvia, the bigger the business will be. 6. There are a lot of shareholders energized by our “take no prisoners” approach. Either you are with us or you are against us. 7. We have an insane amount of work ahead of us to fulfill our ambition for the company. It is going to be hard, but it will positively impact a lot of people if we pull it off. 8. Never, ever underestimate the power of a clear mission. It attracts employees, users, and revenue. Silvia vs The World. I like our chances.

A big misconception about ProCap Financial $BRR is that it is a bitcoin company. We are an AI company with bitcoin on the balance sheet. Small, but very important, difference. Eventually more people will realize why it matters.

It has been about two months since $BRR closed the acquisition of @cfosilvia. We have been able to significantly cut compute costs, while turning on revenue for the product. I am encouraged by the current conversion rates for our power users and believe we will only make the product more valuable for them in the future. Thousands of multi-millionaires use the product to accelerate their net worth. Now that we have product-market fit, our focus is shifting to building a sustainable business that delivers enough value that power users are willing to pay us money.

@CrusadeInvest @cfosilvia Our goal is to keep the core product free for users. We will introduce various paid features, new products, and other revenue opportunities for the company, but without putting a hard paywall on using the Silvia product. $BRR's mission is to help independent investors make money so we will continue to use that as our north star when making many of these decisions.

@Samuel947117225 Silvia shareholders are paid $0 in stock or cash at acquisition. The only way Silvia shareholders are compensated is if $BRR more than triples to $9 per share. So in order for there to be any dilution, current BRR shareholders have to more than triple their investment.

@Crowded_Mkt_Rpt There is a legal limit to how much we are allowed to buy back every day given the past trading volume. As trading volume increases in the future, the limit will increase too. You either know that already and are being intellectually dishonest … or you are not as smart as you pretend to be. And I purchased $1 million of $BRR personally, get paid a $1 salary per year, and have to get the stock up more than 500% before I personally get paid shares as CEO. I don’t think anyone questions my skin in the game.

@RenoHemonc @elonmusk I have made no money from $BRR. I have a $1 salary, I get no bonus or cash compensation, and I can only personally earn equity if the share price reaches $15 per share. My investment firm currently has no shares unlocked. Also, I personally invested $1 million in the stock. Literally the only stock that I own I bought in the market like everyone else.

$BRR is possibly the worst SPAC debut in history. The stock fell by 65% within a matter of days and investors suffered a $500mm hit. Meanwhile, Professional Capital Management (@APompliano) and Columbus Circle stand to vest a total of 17.8mm shares in 2 years, regardless of share price performance. That would represent $60mm at the current price of $3.50. While this may be legal, is it ethical? Is it equitable? In view of this disastrous transaction and the way investors got screwed, should Professional Capital Management and Columbus Circle forfeit their shares and fees, or only have them vest at $20 @APompliano
