@JoeNezitic So made the mistake earlier with $SSYS regarding the fact they print the frames for the prototypes of the robotics. They're more like an $ASML for robotics. For the robotics ramp (each humanoid produced), I made a post switching $SSYS with $VPG and quoted @SigniaCapital's analysis regarding applications for Optimus. There was a quote that for each robot ( $TSLA Optimus) produced, they make est. ~$500-$1.2K per robot. That being said, I'm sure it's a good long, there's one famous politician that got everything right and has $SSYS in their portfolio. But I'm not as bullish as I once was I wanted exposure to the direct robotics ramp with high BOM rather than initial prototyping.

@ak_dfranco I messed up on my $SSYS thesis regarding prototyping/ramp-up, so I wanted a robotics play directly tethered to the amount of robots produced with high % revenue for each robot. This is speculation but an est. 3-8% ~BOM value for each Tesla Optimus is incredible for $VPG given how small they are.

I’m issuing a correction to my earlier thread regarding the robotics supply chain bottlenecks. I removed the original $SSYS post to avoid confusion, as I worded the argument too strongly given the timeframe between OpenAI's announcement to writeup. Thesis revolved around plastic <- metal, but I mistakened the demos/prototypes with production/scale humanoids and made too strong of casual assumptions. $SSYS revolves around prototyping, rather than production at scale. Regarding my post around supply chain mapping, this was speculation and I worded it too strongly again. Example: Q3 2025 Earnings Call (Nov 2025), Stratasys: "global leader in social networks, AI, and VR" purchased F3300 systems. I assumed this to be $META Humanoids, given the description. But this is unnamed. There's not many large AI/VR social network companies out there though. - For Boston Dynamics: Nylon 12CF for the Electric Atlas was a technical deduction. EG. electric humanoid jump or flip, keeping distal mass low matters. "Aluminum is too heavy. Standard plastic (PLA/ABS) is too weak and snaps upon impact. Main material currently on the market that is light as plastic but strong enough to replace aluminum without expensive tooling is Carbon-Fiber Reinforced Nylon (PA12-CF + Stratasys effectively corners the market on Gov certified Nylon 12CF printing with its F900 and F3300 series + Large-Format FDM Nylon 12CF. " Boston Dynamics may have used CF-nylon ( Nylon 12CF) for prototype structures. But the production Atlas uses Hyundai Mobis as a confirmed supplier from CES. That being said, $SSYS still have robotics customers + the rest of their defense contractors are there + defense certification stronghold for military related applications rings true. But for robotics production at scale, other companies are probably more asymmetrical and I got my thesis off. Despite the production mix-up, I still hold shares since the core catalyst remains: OpenAI is seeking a US-based supply chain. $SSYS remains the "Security Moat" for domestic hardware design since it's a risk to have "Physical AI" prototypes on Chinese printers (Bambu Lab) for Defense/DoD applications. (Also Debbie Schultz is long.) But just wanted to make a correction since my thesis was off after doing more research. Three things: 1. I'll refrain from posting novel information synthesis thesis type posts during market hours given how many HFT algorithms now scrap my content to trade. 2. I'll do better with wording in the future given how nuanced the industry is. 3. I'll spend more time on research to make sure I get stuff down correctly first try Sorry again

@goosedf Yes? $AIRO for drones, $OSS for edge, $SSYS for robotics, $AXTI for AI bottlenecks, $LPTH for defense bottlenecks and $VLN for mispricing were the most recent posts. I’m holding my share positions for a year since re-rating doesn’t happen in a day or week. Might take months to play out.

@ChiefLiquidity So I really really like Boston dynamics. However Hyundai is a massive company and you aren’t getting the most direct exposure to their robotics vertical. Hence why I opted with $SSYS. I do have indirect exposure to them through Korean ETFs though

@rioferdy838 Definitely not lol. That’s HFT or institutional algorithms with $SSYS. I’ve noticed that they track my X posts nowadays Also I do post quite a lot of new information discovery/synthesis. This was priced as a dying hardware company but now they’re the likely frame of every humanoid robot.

So here's the timeline and what changed: -> America first policies after Trump election -> China-US trade tensions, led to companies going to US supply chains ( $SSYS is certification monopoly) from companies like Bambu. -> 2024-2025ish, Boston Dynamics pivoted from hydraulic Atlas to electric version -> changed from heavy hydraulics to lightweight structural frames using $SSYS. -> Other research prototypes from Meta Humanoids to others started following suit. -> There was no scale on humanoids/robotics in 2024-2025. -> ChatGPT announced their push into robotics today (they're usually leading the charge, eg. securing memory capacity) -> We've now likely hit the inflection point for robotics, where all these companies formerly in the prototyping stage (with $SSYS as the lightweight structural frame) are now scaling. -> $SSYS benefits robotics at scale.

He recently called: $SSYS $OSS $LPTH $VLN What do they have in common? - Defence + tech but mainly the fact that these stocks are working with $ONDS. Another microcap ($522m) working with $ONDS is $KOPN. $ONDS invested 41m into $KOPN. I'm betting $KOPN is the next microcap that Serenity will call.

@momobazz In general, if you're waiting for Boston Dynamics Atlas to be at scale already, you're probably a little late. I like to post my thesis at the start before any moment happens like with $AXTI or in this case $SSYS, which is different than others who just react to movements or enter near the top.

@UmidKD I don't know. Don't have one. $SSYS basically the frame/skeleton of humanoid robots and revenue ramp depends on robotics scale up. If Atlas from Boston Dynamics or Optimus or others achieves scale, then revenue increases exponentially. No robotics player achieved anything at scale yet, hence why revenue's been lower so far. But this is just my personal thought regarding getting the most asymmetry on the robotics ramp.

Damn! I’ve been blocked by @aleabitoreddit! Thought I liked this account too. 😂 Asked an honest question since the minute they posted about $LPTH yesterday, the stock made a 7% move that only climbed higher throughout the day. Today, same thing with $SSYS. They’ve been initiating new positions all week that seem to kick off huge runs on micro caps with low daily volumes. I had to ask. Oh well! 🤷‍♂️ When the comments on every post are “holy shit you’ve done it AGAIN” and “how do you do it?” And it seems almost too good to be true… then yeah, maybe it is. Insta block also earns my permanent suspicion now. Sus behavior. 🤔

@bennybigbull Yeah I was going down the supply chains of Boston Dynamics, Tesla Optimus, Meta Humanoids, and others. And $SSYS happened to be at the bottom of them all as the skeleton/frame of all the humanoids. EG. Atlas abandoned metal frames for Stratasys Nylon 12CF (carbon fiber) for the limbs

@AkbarInvests $SSYS is basically the frames of humanoids like Boston Dynamics Atlas. Revenue was lower because nobody from Tesla to Figure achieved anything at scale yet. But markets were looking at bigger names like $MOG.A (actuators), $VICR (energy), $AMBA (Figure, Vision). However, this small company is kinda at the bottom of it all. Everyone was diving into AI supply chain bottlenecks but nobody was doing Robotics or Defense.
