1. $ACN — Accenture This one's almost the same story as $IBM. Accenture lives entirely on big consulting deals, the same deals IBM just watched slip because clients got distracted buying infrastructure. When companies panic-spend on memory and servers, the first thing they freeze is the expensive consultant no one needs this quarter. I think their bookings are quietly at risk. 2. $CRM — Salesforce Salesforce already dropped 6% the moment $IBM letter hit, and that wasn't random. When budgets get raided for hardware, a pricey software renewal is exactly the kind of "we'll deal with it later" line item that gets pushed. It's a great business, but great businesses still get starved when the money runs the other way. I'd watch their guidance closely. 3. $CTSH — Cognizant Pure IT services, which means pure exposure to the thing that just burned $IBM. Their whole model is companies handing them large, slow-moving projects, and those are the first to get delayed when clients scramble for chips instead. If IBM's deals slipped, I don't see why theirs wouldn't. Same customers, same budgets, same trap. 4. $WDAY — Workday Everyone treats Workday like it's untouchable because HR and finance software is "sticky." But sticky doesn't mean immune, it just means the pain shows up a quarter late. When a CFO is choosing between locking in scarce memory and expanding a software seat count, I know which one wins right now. 5. $ORCL — Oracle I look at Oracle and I see a company that sells the exact stuff people put off buying when money gets tight. Big software contracts, database licenses, the kind of thing a company can stretch another few months without. So when a customer suddenly needs every spare dollar to grab memory and servers before prices jump, Oracle's the invoice that sits in the "not right now" pile. I think that's a real risk here and I really like $ORCL too long-term. So this one I am on the fence about it. 6. $SAP — SAP $SAP runs the boring, essential software that giant companies live on, and everyone assumes that makes them safe. But safe doesn't mean first in line for the budget. When the money suddenly rushes toward hardware, even a must-have vendor like SAP can get told "we'll renew later." I'd want to hear exactly what their customers are saying before I trusted the calm. 7. $IT — Gartner This one's simple. Gartner sells advice and research subscriptions genuinely useful, but the definition of a "nice to have." And nice-to-haves are the first thing cut when a company is scrambling to lock in chips it's scared it can't get. If budgets are getting raided, I don't see how the advice bill survives untouched. 8. $EPAM — EPAM Systems EPAM gets paid to build software projects for other companies. That means their whole business depends on clients feeling comfortable enough to greenlight big, slow work. But nobody greenlights a fresh project when they're panic-buying memory and watching prices climb. When customers freeze, EPAM feels it fast I think they're more exposed than people realize.

SEGMENT BREAKDOWN: Insights: +3% (core business, slowing) Conferences: +14% (recovery) Consulting: -13% Other: -22% FULL YEAR 2025 DAMAGE: GAAP EPS: $9.65 (-40% YoY) Net Income: $0.7B (-42% YoY) $150M goodwill impairment on Digital Markets CEO GENE HALL: "Fourth quarter financial results were ahead of expectations... Looking ahead, we expect CV to accelerate throughout 2026." Translation: We know CV growth is terrible, please believe it gets better. THE BOTTOM LINE: EPS down 34%. Net income down 39%.
