Had a detailed $MPC / $VLO earnings preview with USGC 3-2-1 cracks, VLO EBITDA assumptions, renewable diesel, ethanol, G&A, RIN/feedstock commentary, and buyback/debt framing. This is the cleanest “actual refining work” account in the sample. 2. @KarelMercx Real investor profile, explicitly long/refining-aware. Good posts tying $VLO to diesel inventories, Gulf Coast utilization, Russia distillate disruption, and crude-vs-product divergence. More macro/product-market driven, but useful for the VLO setup. 3. @HFI_Research Not a pure individual PM account, but serious energy investment research and far better than cashtag promo.
