$NVAX Just a reminder that the board didn't sign a single deal last year (Pfizer was this year). They have spent billions on the CIC and Flu yet have not found a partner yet. They signed one concrete deal so far this year which has earned the company $30M yet think this is enough to ask for around $100M in stock awards for them and 6% dilution to the company. All at a time they should be buying back shares not issuing more unnecessarily. For them to slow walk everything is fine for them if we sit back and allow this to happen. They can take years earning millions of dollars and millions of shares and wait for the SP to rise while we suffer. They have all of the upside and no risk as they get paid regardless. No new deals, no excessive board compensation.

$NVAX There will probably be several hundred thousand shares shorted again today and lots of fail to delivers to try and prevent the SP taking off and options going ITM... JJ still doing nothing to defend it even though Shah has told him exactly what to do. Sort out the convertible debt or share buybacks and this probably takes off like a rocket, as those who have been manipulating it for years finally have to pay the piper. Will he act or just do nothing like usual to fight back.... let's hope he listens to Shah. Also,Sad, but true. Unfortunately numbers don´t lie. Reprehensible behavior and performance on the part of management bordering on incompetence and criminality. However, there are only two paths to be followed by investors. Either we sell everything or we continue to buy and accumulate - I opted for the second option. I want to see how much longer these bloodsuckers will keep taking advantage of the investors. I'm confident that everything will work out for the best and that we'll leave here with a smile on our faces – not the same idiotic grin that the CEO likes to flaunt in his photos.

$NVAX This week will mark 10 MONTHS since NVAX released very positive Phase 3a data on their CIC/Flu. At the time they said the data set was partner ready and that they were in discussions with multiple parties. Well, what gives?!! This is their most valuable asset and it is sitting gathering dust while Moderna races to try and get their CIC across the finish line. Simply pathetic on the part of Jacobs, who now never mentions the product in any of their investor conferences or Quarterly calls. Matrix M deals are nice, but they will not move the share price like a partnership for the CIC and or Flu.

$NVAX The "Major Pharma" Field Expansion: They stated they expanded an existing Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) with a "major global pharmaceutical company" to explore an "additional field." Since Merck already uses Matrix-M for EBV (Epstein-Barr), "expanding" to an "additional field" is the corporate code for moving into Oncology. The Oncology Direct Hit: They explicitly mentioned a new MTA signed in February 2026 with an "oncology company." This is the first time they have separated oncology as its own category. Also Merck reported significant pipeline progress and new product launches as it prepares for the eventual loss of Keytruda exclusivity. There is a patent cliff for Keytruda in 2028 so to mitigate the detrimental impact, Merck is transitioning patients to a new, faster subcutaneous injection (Keytruda QLEX), targeting 30%-40% adoption by 2028, and is heavily investing in its pipeline to offset revenue loss. I spoke of this last week where I believe Merck will utilize Matrix M in their new Keytruda subcutaneous injection to tamp down toxicity. It also allows for enough of a patent change to retain exclusivity. While not adding any harm

$NVAX Well folks, so much information to chew . Not now let’s enjoy . Most positive Earnings Call Novavax has ever had with not only nuggets but Golden boulders of information. JJ at the end sounded like he was giving an acceptance speech and just won an Oscar for Best Biotech. Most analysts still clueless, surprised at all those idiotic questions. Most still modeling Novavax as a Covid company. Still don’t grasp the true potential of matrix m. My speculation is Merck is the BP that expanded the MTA to oncology that they say was signed in February. Brian Foard the architect of the Sanofi/Novavax original agreement, the Point man JJ dealt with everyday for the past two years is going to join Merck on March 2nd to head the split Merck division that would be involved in any Novavax negotiations. Yea I think it’s Merck and yea I think it’s Keytruda. Also $NVAX one thought, this is the first company to ever build out this model, the market has no peer group to use as a valuation tool, there are not predictable cash flows yet, so no multiple to assign to it, the market doesn't know yet how to price this model .... I have been down on JJ, still disappointed no partner for CIC/Flu (we need that partner), however, Nova is forging new territory with a research/adjuvant based model of business with a few of it's own products and whole slew of partnerships ..... I do feel better about Nova after this call than I have in several years
