$IXHL It is true that large pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer or Eli Lilly could enter as strategic investors but the key point is not the name of the investor itself it is the structure of the deal. When we see elements such as warrants with a Fundamental Transaction clause cash settlement based on the Black-Scholes model the suspension of the ATM program and a 60 day restriction on issuing new shares these are not typically the terms of a standard biotech financing. Structures like this are often used when there is the possibility of a near term strategic event such as an acquisition or a major partnership because the investor wants to ensure they benefit if a change of control occurs. Therefore the issue is not simply that a large investor entered the deal rather the financing structure itself may indicate the potential for an upcoming strategic event.

$IXHL Fast Track PR (12/3) explicitly said IHL is awaiting FDA’s detailed written response. Given Phase 2 topline was late July + govt shutdown & holidays, a WRO in mid-Jan is a very reasonable expectation. Once WRO arrives, Phase 3 parameters get finalized and partners get written FDA clarity. If commercial discussions have been ongoing (teased since May/July), a commercial update 4–8 weeks post-WRO fits standard biotech timelines. The silence is frustrating, but this is exactly how NDA-bound regulatory + commercial processes look. And this all fits well within the compliance timeframe before April 20th. This is not a lotto ticket. It’s a time bomb that requires a high degree of patience and mental fortitude.

$IXHL Mgmt actions > words. IHL paid transfer fee to CM and bought back shares at $0.41. small biotech doesn’t do that unless leadership believes the stock is undervalued. Since then: no hype PRs, only required filings and backwards-looking shareholder update with NASDAQ deadline soon. If a reverse split was planned, they’d have done it already. Instead, they paid for an extension, bought back stock, and let price drift. The RSU structure also reinforces confidence: management only benefits if the share price rises. When paired with the company buying back shares and choosing an extension over an R/S, it signals leadership believes intrinsic value is well above current levels. Silence + buyback + RSUs/no further dilution + Fast Track = confidence, not neglect. Don’t let bears or price action wear you down. Company is showing constraint for a reason that will be disclosed soon. The only logical explanation for IHL’s actions (and silence) is they are expecting a major re-rate.

If Joel handles that well, it’s enough to: Reduce RS fear Stabilize price Set the stage for the real catalyst that comes after via proper disclosure AGM clears the runway. Tone sets sentiment. $IXHL I get why people are shaken by Joel and think he’s not doing what he should — I felt that way too at first. But at the end of the day, the stock going up is in his best interest and in the company’s best interest as well. It helps with partnerships, negotiating from a position of strength, and his own upside. Yeah, the silence can be annoying, but he’s running a company, not a Stocktwits feed. Bottom line, this company has more going for it than most small biotechs, and the data is solid. To me, it’s just a matter of time. I originally came in to trade it, but the more DD I did, the more I realized this is something I want to invest in — even if it takes time. Just my opinion, correct me if I’m wrong.

$IXHL sure some of you won’t mind this, but I’m now going to watch on from the sidelines. It goes without saying, Incannex doesn’t require blue bird to be a successful. The bears really have no influence here and neither do the bulls. This will move positively when the news come and it will come followed by more institutions investing. Without knowing the exact facts, from experience, I can imagine the difficulty Joel has had to deal with knowing father has been up to no good whilst still delivering fantastic business progress. I believe they will partner or sell IHL-42X to someone big. I expect significant news to land in the near future. I will look out for the buy back to be activated before big news is released. I feel their other drugs are currently sleeping giants. I think they will be successful and prove a substantial return on my investment. I no longer need to convince people to be otherwise. I’m ready to rock and roll for what lies ahead. You could follow me, perhaps. I am bullish.

$IXHL the most positive outcome that Joel did not do. When we were at $1.70, he should have drop some news about doing a buyback, That would have driven the price up to over $2. Then, in a couple of days, we would have been in compliance with Nasdaq. A press release would have been issued once Nasdaq confirmed we were in compliance, and the price would have jumped to over $3. Then I would have used the ATM, the price would have dropped to around $1.50-$2, and then I would have announced that we were closing the ATM, and the price would have soared to $3-$5. Joel is an idiot. He does not care about his shares holders. Still holding believing in the product.

I anticipate short to medium term net positive SP sentiment and reaction based on what they’ve released so far (Topline results that show minimal safety risk combined with first to market Oral remedy vs garbage CPAP + et al) 2) Cannabinoid rescheduling is a +; net helps us! 3) Cycle Re-ratings: after FTD, we will see updates and increased institutional investment over the next 2 months (quarterly updates) 4) P3 updates: after P2 specifics are shared, we’ll see an increase in P3 update frequency (a known ixhl challenge 🤨) 5) NO 🤞DILUTION needed for P3 (after ATM mostly complete & inactive , P3 is 💯currently funded) 6) I expect ATM and dilution to not be a focus short term. It’s not needed rn. Summary: Either this shit gets bought out or acquired for premium $$$$$$. All 13 employees- or they overhaul the company strategy and prepare for commercialization.

$IXHL don’t forget, insiders didn’t sell a single RSU after 12/10. Insider confidence is high. Stop ruminating. Don’t listen to “them”. Nothing has changed. IHL’s assets are now acceptable in the mainstream with schedule 3. We are fast tracked. We serve a 10B addressable market with low compliance to CPAP. Our only competitor is a stimulant that likely doesn’t treat all forms of OSA. And that’s only our lead asset. 2 more in the pipeline, one being RA which could eventually take over the spotlight of 42x with a 50B addressable market. Plus many other cannabinoid patents and no toxic finances. 70M cash runway. What more can you ask for besides a higher stock price? Joel doesn’t seem worried about compliance. Tutes buy-in when p2 feedback is positive. It’ll come, it has to after FTD. The rationale behind the suppression of this stock is obvious. No explanation is required if you have done proper research. $IXHL let’s say no news before AGM. What’s changed? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Joel can’t make FDA provide feedback this week. He can’t rush any partner negotiations. He shouldn’t issue buyback if the timing isn’t ripe. I still think something will be released, but won’t be shook if it doesn’t. Don’t let your emotions take over this week. We have a little over 4 months to make these things happen and valuation will rerate itself. People take the hype of this board as gospel. Nobody here knows what’s going on behind the scenes. Company just hit one of its biggest milestones in fast track. Joel is still moving forward in a positive direction, regardless of the market’s sentiment.

$IXHL Hello everyone. As we head into what could be a life changing week for many including myself, here is my final thesis which is bullish. These points are listed in the order of priority for my mind and my trading. As always this is just an opinion and I am not offering any financial advice. Why I am a long term buyer of $IXHL 1. The company is a good company with solid and innovative offerings. Unlike a lot of biotech, it has multiple medications progressing through the approval process. There is a very friendly administration who is signaling administrative support based on literature for utilizing cannaboids and hallucinogens (microdosed). These medications have a very wide set of conditions for which they are useful, and the literature, theory, receptors targeted with these medications all very much so make clinical sense to me. It has an unusually wide moat for a stock this size, and it all looks promising. 2. The balance sheet is improving and fairly clean at this point. Understanding the dilution required for having liquidity for the tight spots where cash is an issue, while not liking being diluted, it is reasonable to understand why it was done. More importantly, share buyback having been initiated, as well has having phase 3 fully funded seriously reduces the risk of investing. 3. Technical analysis over the last 90 days is solidly bullish. Higher higher and higher lows. We have some superb technicians on this board. While I believe technical analysis is importsnt, to be it helped me confirm my conviction. It is difficult to trade on technical factors alone. In the case of this stock, the technicals are falling in line with the leading indicators. Remember technical analysis is only able to look at the past. Still nice to see significant uptrend. 4. From a strategic standpoint it looks like company leadership is foreshadowing what is to come. Stocks that are iffy or dead in the water are not moving to international hubs know. For both wealth and major names in the same city. Particularly since Dubai has Particularly zeroed in on biotech. From fundamentals to financials to the trend on the chart to upcoming events I believe all elements are aligned and the fast tracking of its first drug certainly is turning heads. FDA wants this drug on the market briskly. In some ways I thought this week would never get here. But here we are. The work is done everyone is in a position they think is best for themselves including me. To best of luck to all this week. I am sure Tuesday night into Wednesday morning until PM I will be hyperventilating. Maybe we should have an overnight party as the AGM progresses. I will bring the Disoranto or the 21 year old Irish whisky and hope to toast all bulls with a shiny new 1.xx handle on the tape. Be well.

$IXHL IGNORE the RS fearbait. If a partnership/JV or major catalyst is in motion (which the signals suggest), there is zero incentive for the company to reverse split before revealing it. An RS is only used when a company has nothing coming. The CEO moving operations to Dubai and scheduling a 12/18 AGM there is not the behavior of a company preparing for a dilution spiral it’s the behavior of a company preparing for a deal. Stay focused on the actual setup, not the noise.💪

$IXHL My friend is a medical practitioner. She looks at $IXHL through clinical reality, not hype. Proof, not speculation. The data behind IHL-42X is genuinely stronger than what she typically sees in early-stage therapeutics, and the efficacy of this pill stands well above the average. This is a true pioneer medicine with real potential to change how we treat sleep-related breathing disorders. That’s why she sees massive potential here both medically and as an investment. Real movement will occur sooner than later. There is no one here with a DCA that will not break even and then some. Be patient.

We have loads of news that is due any day now. Charts and candles sticks carry very little weight when dealing with a biotech penny play imo . I’m chillin and confident as ever.

$IXHL Been holding since I bought back in May. Never sold a share. When I saw the stock price of this thing and the phase 1 data side by side, this seemed like a fantastic investment for the price. Huge upside potential. They had shown safety and efficacy in a small sample size. RePOSA bummed me out a little bit honestly. 41% and 15% of participants saw >30% and >50% reduction in AHI respectively. I thought wow, not even half of the participants saw a .5 reduction in their symptoms. But then fast track happened. So here's the thing. I know just a little about industry and the FDA. Just a tiny little bit...FDA isn't going to give fast track status to a drug with subpar efficacy. If the FDA finds the efficacy meaningful I have a good feeling doctors will too. That means scripts. That means sales. So far this thing has shown great safety and efficacy. What more do you want bears? If you beat a dead horse too long it might get up and kick you in the wallet.

$IXHL People are still sleeping on what IHL-42X actually represents. An 83% reduction in AHI in Phase 2 is on a level that most companies in this space never achieve. If Phase 3 confirms even half of that efficacy, the valuation reset could be massive — easily far beyond where the current market cap is sitting. This isn’t hype, it’s just simple math once the data gets recognized IXHL Team Strong trading the last few sessions especially today's. Looks like we may have finally broken the barcode l. What's everyones thoughts going forward from here ? Strength in numbers I'd say.

It would see the price at around $2.8 - $3. Now if there’s an acquisition, now that’s another scenario… 💰 Open question, what do we think a realistic acquisition price is?

$IXHL have a feeling that they sold high when it was above 1$ and have repurchased quite a lot of shares in the 0.33-37 range, generating a shit ton of cash to bootstrap phase 3, and limiting the dilution by buying back. $IXHL If anyone is panicking about the FDA “moving the goalposts,” that mess is inside the Biologics and Gene Therapy division (CBER). $IXHL develops small-molecule and psychedelic-based drugs (IHL-42X for sleep apnea, PSX-001 for GAD) Those are reviewed under CDER, which hasn’t changed its standards. The selloff hitting speculative biotechs is sector-wide fear, not a direct hit to IXHL’s regulatory path. In my opinion, this overreaction could be a buying opportunity once the dust settles.

$IXHL Whoever think ResMed is going to go under because Incannex has a pill for OSA (IHL-42X) is wrong and delusional. They (ResMed) are watching this like hawks and will either be part of the plan or will amend their operational strategy. There are too many well entrenched investors in ResMed & they will not allow it to falter. Whereas IHL-42X is without a doubt a game changer. Mind you, there are a plethora of people out there who may not tolerate a pill and require a CPAP machine.

$IXHL if I won the lottery I’d dump so much money into this for two reasons. 1:) $IXHL is a real company, with real drugs being used in real clinical trials on real people… with very real STATISTICALLY SIGNIFICANT results. Not to mention the extremely high potential to help improve people’s lives if these two drugs meet their primary endpoints in phase 3. 2.) Just to absolutely burn whoever scooped up all those short shares and let the paper handed bulls make their money back or a nice profit
