3 stocks I’m keeping my eye on: $AAOI - manufactures U.S. made fiber-optic networking products used in data centers and the telecom industry. The stock has been pumping recently as demand for high-speed optics tied to AI data centers accelerates. Management is projecting revenue could exceed $1B by 2026, with the ability to reach $4B+ ARR by the end of 2027. This name has been getting a lot of attention on X lately and would be a nice way to diversify my portfolio away from space/defense. Still need to do more research here though. $KRKNF - develops subsea robotics, sonar imaging systems, and best-in-class underwater batteries for defense and offshore industries. The company recently announced a huge acquisition of subsea tech firm Covelya, expanding its capabilities in global maritime and defense markets to include nearly all subsea sensors and tech critical to UUVs. The acquisition more than doubles their revenues, headcount, and global production footprint. Used to own this one but thought it was too dependent on one core product (batteries) and one customer (Anduril). Definitely not the case anymore. $WIX - provides a cloud-based website-building platform used by businesses and individuals to create & manage websites and online stores. The company is aggressively expanding into AI-driven tools like Wix Harmony (AI website builder) and recently acquired AI app-building platform Base44. Recent results highlighted strong earnings and a $250M institutional investment, reinforcing investor confidence. I think this one has been oversold during the ‘SaaSpocalypse’ and is mispriced at current levels.
