MSTR is down 80% from its peak. BTC is at $59,493, over $16,000 below the $75,646 average cost basis. The mNAV has collapsed to roughly 0.60x. The entire 845,256 BTC position is underwater by approximately $13.7 billion. Annual preferred dividend obligations are approximately $1.2 billion. Cash reserve is at $1 billion. That is less than one year of coverage. STRC at $80.36 and falling. The peg is broken. Both funding channels are now constrained at the same time. The ATM is dilutive below 1.0x mNAV. STRC issuance is under pressure with no floor in sight. The LTCM comparison is starting to surface in our Analyst conversations and our thinking is not entirely wrong. LTCM was a single concentrated thesis with leverage stacked on leverage that attracted copycats and unraveled when the trade moved against it. The difference is systemic footprint. LTCM threatened the banking system because every major bank was a counterparty. MSTR threatens the crypto ecosystem because 845,256 BTC is 4% of all Bitcoin that will ever exist. If Strategy is ever forced to sell, that volume would crash BTC into spot ETFs holding over 1 million BTC, into miners, into exchanges, into every lending platform built on the price staying above water. That is not a company blowing up. That is an ecosystem event. Saylor's bet was always that BTC would never stay down long enough to test the structure.
