$IOVA I suspect the guidance will be on the light side of what a lot of people here are expecting based on the "remarkable growth" statements. Given the revision to last year's guidance and subsequent lawsuit, I suspect management will not want to run that risk again so will guide conservatively and take more of a beat-and-raise approach (no lawsuits when you do that). If we get a good quarter revenue number but a light guide, I suspect we may get a sell-off. People often extrapolate the quarterly growth to the full year and if guidance doesn't meet that, it would imply that growth is expected to slow. Trust the actual quarterly revenue and not the guidance in that case.

$IOVA Could the fact of the delay in the 2026 earnings forecast be due to some impending news that will affect that forecast? I'm thinking that Iovance might be in a conversation with the FDA about a voucher for Iovance's NSLC treatment giving Iovance some kind of early tentative marketing approval. If Iovance knows they are about to receive such a voucher, they might wait until that business is concluded so as not to have to upwardly revise the forecast once the news is known. Also,Biotech doesn’t trade like typical stocks if you’re new. You can be down -50pct for a year, then a month after be up 400pct. Just sit back and invest accordingly. Let me give you an example - I was down 50 pct on LPCN for a long time, within the year I was up 300pct. -145k to +380k. You yelling on here doesn’t change anything, just be patient. What biotech does is - constantly down -.01 to -0.05 cents daily, then in 1 month reverses and makes up for it and more. But you won’t be able to jump in fast enough. Either you’re early or late. No one can predict the action. All you can really do, is evaluate the long term strategy and then evaluate if they’re meeting that or not. I invested because of that, be prepared to baghold for some time.

$IOVA is undervalued for one main reason: commercialization. The market believes demand is real, but still doubts execution. As long as investors aren’t convinced the company can run a stable commercial operation without repeated disruptions, bigger TAM and new indications won’t get much credit. I think NSCLC data alone may not move valuation much. First, $IOVA has to prove it can execute consistently. That’s why guidance and execution in 2026 are so important. If it does, even 30% dilution is meaningless. A diluted valuation of ~$2.1B would still look extremely low against a credible path to $1B+ revenue, with 70% gross margin and a potential multi-indication peak sales above $3B.

I’m also wondering if IOVA has been deliberately holding off on any further PRs while waiting for the REPL decision — just to avoid adding unnecessary noise.This is a critical time for IOVA. After fumbling the entire year following approval, they really need to step on the gas with sales execution and firmly establish Amtagvi as the new standard of care. Even though REPL is now out of the picture, other competitors are already on the horizon. Their marketing needs to be loud, aggressive, and relentless.

$IOVA Regardless of what happens tomorrow with RP1 — whether it gets approved or receives a CRL — the short-term stock move will likely be driven by emotional retail hype. The real focus for the Street is on the NSCLC 2L fast track opportunity. Full data expected by end of year, with sBLA submission sometime in January. That could be the biggest catalyst for IOVA, not to mention the upcoming Tilvance 301 frontline melanoma data. Why am I so bullish? Right now, there’s basically zero competition in 2nd-line NSCLC immunotherapy. AstraZeneca already failed, and Immutep withdrew. This opens up a potential $10B+ peak sales market that could essentially belong to IOVA once it files and gets approved. With roughly 2x the ORR of docetaxel chemo, it should be a very strong approval case — especially since nobody actually wants docetaxel, but right now patients have no better option. IOVA has a real shot at becoming the first and only approved 2L immunotherapy in NSCLC. First-mover advantage in a space like this is massive. And don’t forget Tilvance 301 in frontline melanoma — potential for accelerated approval if the ORR comes in strong. Data also expected by end of this year. Like if you STILL believe $IOVA. $IOVA All one can do is hold, maybe add a little and grin and bear it. This war and the serious upcoming inflation (energy, food, shipping, materials like aluminum, fertilizers, etc.) have F-ed up this market and any chance of Fed rate cuts for the foreseeable future. Don't believe one word from Trump's yap about a peace deal being very close. It's all ...... ......to try and keep crude and the 10-year T-bill from being where they really should be $125+a barrel and the 10-year at 4.50%+

$IOVA TERN deal announced today was only a 6% premium to yesterday’s close. For those wondering, the big re-rating in TERN started in early November with the release of partial but positive data for its leukemia drug. That move grew in December with the release of a fuller dataset. In other words, hang in there gang. We can re-rate fast.

$IOVA Taking a look at Iovance thru the lens of current world events: 1) Higher oil prices - energy is a very small input for Iovance so no impact on margins 2) Tariffs - manufacturing is in US and infrastructure built out to handle 5,000 patients/ year so no need for material rise in input costs 3) War with Iran/potential recession - Amtagvi approved and all treatment in US so world events limited. Cancer does not wait for a war to end or for the economy to improve. Healthcare and biotech are usually the safe haven when the market gets dicey because they are, for the most part, a non-cyclical sector.

$IOVA Just note that after the ER pop on Feb 24, it flatlined until right after Roche met with tutes at the Cowan conference Mar 2nd, and went from $3.62 to $5.63 between Mar 4 and today. She made something clear to the tutes, and they started buying. Also I think this is shorts covering along with all of the shots on goal the company has over the next 18 months. I firmly believe that the one sentence in the earnings call that is making institutions cover is the end in sight for the ATM. The ATM fed shares into the market and assured shorts of limited downside risk as long as the company continued to provide liquidity. With that coming to an end, the large shorts have begun unwinding positions. Possible that we hover around the $5 range for a bit, but wouldnt guess its all that long as without the ATM the liquidity to unwind short positions isnt all that likely to be avaialble.

$IOVA Pfizer bought Seagen in 2023 for $43 billion. 7 years later in 2030 the acquired portfolio is expected to generate $10 billion in revenue. Thats 4x 7 year forward revenue multiple. 7 years from here will be 2033. Iova should have nsclc, sarcoma, Tilvance, 4001and foreign expansion. What revenue can we expect in 3033? Slap 4x on it and that is a reasonable valuation today based on Seagen buyout. Some would say lower peak margin equals lower multiple. But you could argue the platform will apply to all solid tumors and the TAM is unmatched. Also Interesting to see google searches for TIL therapy doubling in December and January. $IOVA One of the many, many reasons I love Iovance: They’ve already laid the groundwork for a smooth addition of NSCLC patients in their iCTC. 80+ ATCs, many understand the process already. This isn’t like they’re introducing an entirely new drug into the market starting from scratch. They’ve done the dirty work already. That’s not to say IOVA is done facing obstacles when NSCLC is approved, but they are significantly better equipped to efficiently treat a TAM 7x greater than what they’re currently treating. Doctors understand TIL, surgeons are more experienced, insurance is familiar with Amtagvi. Access to $11 billion in peak revenue is under 18 months away. Also $IOVA Close to 50M shares traded past two days with big gains on no news. It feels like some people are trying to get positions set in a hurry. Yeah, it might just be routine, but there may be news quietly circulating among the tutes/hedgies. Hope so. Like if you STILL believe $IOVA.

$IOVA Don't get off the boat before lung data. This is just a warm up. They are proving that the treatment can make money and can grow. Inject 7x lung market into the model and you have a monster, not to mention all other potential indications and ex-US markets. This is where I am at now. Also $IOVA Investors had PLENTY of time to get in this stock when it was in the 2's. The market is not usually that generous with time in that way. We will be hearing plenty of shoulda, coulda, woulda in the weeks ahead. Really happy for the folks that are finally in the green.

$IOVA Please check my analysis on shorting behaviour & check out my comments & the table added: (1) Shares shorted have been significantly increasing over the last 3 months (2) Despite the significant increase in the short interest, IOVA share price is INCREASING (3) Look at the Jan30 to Feb 14 move: Shorters are trying hard to keep the price "down" --> UNSUCCESSFUL: IOVA price went up! (despite short interest increase of +24%) (4) For shorts, this goes in the wrong direction (5) My view is that this is forming a SIGNIFICANT BASIS for a short squeeze in the foreseeable future ---> (6) Overall, my view is that IOVA shareholders are currently sitting on a goldmine! $IOVA 10-12 billion in projected sales .. . that is about 16% of Merck . . . so our market cap should be in the $35 billion so a legit buyout offer will be $100 range Like if you agree.
