$CGC I think these guys are positioned well for multiple reasons: 1) top medical provider in Canada now, 2) Has hemp beverages if that is carved out, 3) Has CBD for that exposure with nationally recognized brand, 4) has top names and is growing straight cannabis business, 5) has international growth Like if you are bullish on $CGC

As medical research unlocks FIRST with rescheduling, big pharma will start buying medical grade cannibas for drug research and development. Massive news for CGC and the upside on the medicinal side. The other main thing the industry at large is waiting on is the federal “green light” for investment firms to own cannabis stocks just generally. The big boy like JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley have “do not buy” warnings for clients. Which is where rescheduling comes in. My thesis is MEDICAL marijuana will become the primary focus for investment firms to start, until we get full legalization. So going forward this positions CGC and TLRY well.

This sector has been beaten down for decades, ignored by the market, going lower and lower with no real spotlight. $CGC It's a historic day and yet there's a lot of fear mongering on this site. Maybe I'm just getting old, BUT, I come from the school of thought "Know what you own and why you own it" I know it's a brand new industry and is going to be volatile. I chose $CGC for a few reasons. I looked at the good and bad. IMO their biggest flaw is dilution. They went from 90 mill shares in 2024 to over 330 mill in 2025. Another is they aren't making $. BUT they went from an EPS of $--6.54 in 2024 to $--4.00 in 2025 and improving. Mixed earnings beat last quarter. They paid loanss off early. The changed #ceo's . They Acquired #mtlcannabis that adds $10 mill a yr. Now with Rescheduling 280E will save them money big on CANOPY USA #wana #jetty #acreage On the MED side as well. which will now be being covered by MEDICAID and MEDICARE and you'd think other insurance Co's in the very near future. Imagine the demand? $$ On top of all off their over seas ventures and business. I'm holding.

Nasdaq Rule Changes: The "Institutional" Floodgates This is the "big one" for the stock price. Currently, Nasdaq has strict rules against listing companies that "touch the plant" in the U.S. while it's federally illegal. • Why it matters: Most big institutional investors (pension funds, ETFs, Vanguard/BlackRock) are currently "handcuffed" by compliance departments. They aren't allowed to touch stocks with legal "gray area" structures. A rule change removes the handcuffs, potentially leading to a massive wave of institutional buying.
