$CMBT has now confirmed the sale of the two 2023-built Suezmaxes that was reported two weeks ago (~112m$ per vessel). We met with IR in Madrid last week, and while the market still struggles to properly value shipowners operating across multiple segments, I think the discount to NAV is excessive (~0.7xNAV), especially now that LTV is close to 50% and management has demonstrated its commitment to returning capital through dividends. Unlike many shipping companies that are perpetually bullish, I appreciated their more cautious tone, which is consistent with selling vessels into a strong market and locking in time charters. The last time I met them was in Oslo last September, and so far they've delivered on everything they said they would. Disc: No position.
