Breaking: Debbie Schultz has done it again Helca Mining $HL is up another 8% today And is now up 293% since she filed her buy back on 9/6/24 It was originally flagged as suspicious for a couple reasons 1. Helca is the largest Silver Producer in America 2. At the time Debbie sat on a couple committees with potential conflicts of interest 3.
