Hantavirus fears are starting to get attention in the market. Personally, at this point, I don’t think this becomes a coronavirus-style pandemic event, but the market will still react to headlines and speculation.
Names to watch:
$MRNA → vaccine/speculative biotech reaction play
$CLX → defensive hygiene/consumer safety trade
$ZM → potential work-from-home sympathy momentum
For now this looks more like a headline-driven rotation trade than a long-term macro event, but worth keeping on watch.
