@JohnGolf_CA MoA undisclosed. There's not necessarily any difference between the two - $RHHBY often gives 2 or 3 codes to each NME. I'm still not sure these two are the same though.

$RHHBY RG6735 = RO7851624 perhaps? New ct-gov listing -> https://t.co/7HDnRptHHS
Any idea what RG6735 is? Looks like a new $RHHBY code for sth that went into phase 1 earlier under a different name. https://t.co/7Cb5Ft2BWC
@NotGenentech $NVS Piqray now seems like yesterday's tech. Toxic, and hits wild-type. Same for $RHHBY Itovebi (despite the bizarre claim that that's a degrader).
Since my 2024 look at CCR8 a lot has happened: $BMY $GILD $ABBV upsized; $ONC Bayer $ZLAB (& soon $AMGN?) discontinued. @BatirtzeAreitio investigates, via @ApexOnco -> https://t.co/hUweyScpAN $CHRS $RHHBY
In hindsight the ESR1m FDA outcome in the 2nd line should have been obvious to anyone with a basic knowledge of the science here. I expected it to work 1st-line, but it didn't (bad luck?). And it shouldn't have worked in adjuvant ( $RHHBY got lucky?).
In summary then, $RHHBY giredestrant: - works in adjuvant - doesn't work 1st-line - works in all-comers 2nd-line (but FDA says it only works in ESR1m) Crystal clear!
We know $ARVN is no different, and I doubt $OLMA will be. You can game a trial, but you can't really circumvent basic science $AZN $RHHBY $LLY

So where does this the #tigit Fc debate? Fc-active: $GSK $ITOS fail, $MRK fail, $RHHBY fail Fc-silent: $RCUS $GILD fail Fc-reduced: $AZN $CGEN ?
After $RHHBY #Tigit failed in Skyscraper-14 $RCYS $GILD terminate Star-221 for futility. Evidently someone was surprsed as $RCUS is -12% PM
@MarkYarchoan I need to doublecheck, but I think $AZN rivegostomig total recruitment target might now be higher than $RHHBY's for tiragolumab. Just amazing.

Via Tony Ren @ Macquarie: $RHHBY decision to discontinue eciskafusp alfa is not an endorsement of IL-2, α-biased or otherwise. We had argued that $IVBXF IBI363 outlicencing expectation is so high that anything short of a mega deal (at least $300-500m up front) could disappoint.
@sciencescanner @adamfeuerstein Two rivals, $RHHBY & $MRK, simultaneously seeing promise and launching ph3, then trying to outdo each other in secret. When the curtain lifted both were in huge pivotal programmes, and having dug a hole this deep they felt they couldn't stop. A bit like HS2 really.
